The Feeling between my Eyes

Almost 1 and a half years ago i started to feel "the point" between my eyes. It feels like somebody puts the finger on my pineal gland, but very soft and subtle. Its very intense when i sit straight ( meditation), or when i concentrate on it. If this is the awakening of my third eye i would love to know how i could develop it in the right direction... i also read that it could be a blocking in my forehead chakra and maybe thats why i dont feel any development on this?What is your opinion about it, i would love to read about your own experiences:)

    Alaje once told me that it is a good sign, kind of what Anja said: its waking up.

    Since that i totally changed my life, I stopped smoking, i stopped drinking alcohol at all, I became vegetarian,

    i just want to live a concious life now... i know i have to be patient because i cannot force things.

    Sometimes its hard but I always try to enjoy the ride instead of focusing on the goal...
