This time of great change is being felt by so many of us...emotions are coming to the surface, sensitivity levels are rising, and sometimes we don't know where to go or what to do with it.
Well, let me tell you that this is a very important and vital process of ascension here, dear ones.
It is good to be sensitive, the trick is to know how to use it to benefit yourselves, your environment and our beautiful mother.
The emotions that have been stored in our bodies and minds; are arising to bereleased and transformed into love (because love is the next level of consciousness).
When a negative emotion is acknowledged, consciousness has been brought to it and it's time to work through it.
Try to find the root of the emotion, ask yourself what this feeling truly is and where it might have come from (if you can't identify it yet, that is fine, too. The important part is to release it).
Most negative emotions come from fear and assumptions... Once you've discovered what this emotion is, it is time for you to let Love stream through you. This love does not need to come from other people. This love is generating from you!
It's often easier to start with the heart center.. feel your heart warm up, feel it pumping and feel it being ALIVE. Now imagine this warmth flowing through your entire body, and let the warmth stay in places that you feel need healing.
After you have done this and have achieved a clarity or silence within you, think about the situation and the feelings again. Imagine yourself Being the Expression of Love and Joy. That Love and Joy express themselves THROUGH you.
Follow your intuition to guide you through the rest...if you need to talk to someone,be the expression of Love, if you're doing something, be the expression of Love and Joy. Because this is what we truly are and what we are transforming into, consciously.
