 The mind is like a card game. You keep the thoughts that you want for a winning hand, and you discard the thoughts that you don't want, that wont help you win the Jackpot. Life is much the same, you keep the memories that bring you Peace and Joy. And you discard the ones that bring you suffering and pain by forgiving yourself and all the other people in our lifetime and all the other lifetimes. And of course all of our multi-dimensional selves that we are. By playing this simple hand and sticking to the rules of life here in 3D duality we win the Jackpot. And the Jackpot is the Bliss that we attain when we Awaken to this truth and the Ascension Event becomes a reality in 4D & 5D. 

  It is said we cannot Ascend into the higher Kingdom of 5D with dark friends. And we cannot Ascend Alone, we can only Ascend into 4D & 5D with a friend. We cannot lead him into the higher Dimensions by dragging him into the light. We can only bring the Light to him and let our light shine on him. In other words we cannot lead but also we cannot follow and he cannot lead nor follow but when this light shines on all equally, then both can Ascend into the kingdom of Heaven in 5D by walking side by side, as a friend and as a brother. For we are all one in the Kingdom of 5D heaven and the brother-hood of men.

   Let us not depart from what we have learned in this 3D world of duality but instead build upon our and there mistakes so that what has happened here may never happen again. A lesson learned is a lesson that is not repeated. For we can and do learn from our mistakes and the mistakes of the so called society. Freedom is at hand, it is ours for the taking but no one is going to give it to us. Weather it is the peace of mind that one can find through proper habits of the body ,mind and spirit. Or the Freedom attained from the realization that we must first realize that we are not free before we can break the chains that bind us. What binds the 3D slave is the inability to realize he is a Slave. When he finally awakes and knows he has been a slave for a very long time , then he can break the chains that bind him. When one awakes and realizes that it is his judgement of himself and his brother ,that enslaves his mind, he is set Free.

 This condemnation that one imposes upon his brother he imposes upon himself. For one sees  his brother as himself and therefore cannot pass judgement nor impose punishment. For he himslelf is not without sin. So therefore sin cannot exist, we only make mistakes that we should learn from. No judgement or punishment is needed here. For Beware the sternest judge is oneself. When all is forgiven of our brother, then also all is forgiven of ourselves and forgotten. We no longer suffer from our judgements and punishment of self and other self's. So that when we awake and become enlightened of this simple practice and truth we then can awaken our brother who comes from the same source and Center. The road to the higher levels of Attainment  and Bliss becomes clear and straight ahead.

  No short cuts need to be tried for our lessons have become a part of us and our new way of life. Change is the only Truth that doesn't Change. What more could one wont than to be in Bliss, Bliss meaning being in the state of Love & light and all the joy & Peace, Health and happiness that wholeness and oneness can bring, what else is there to strive for?, for then we are free. This Freedom comes as a gift from our Creator when we follow our hearts and our higher self. This is our Divine self's higher achievement. Remembering what we are, how we got here and where we are going. For to give is to receive, they are one and the same. We must first give to ourselves, forgive ourselves and then Love ourselves before we can forgive and Love others and they in return can Love us. And we all want to be loved, for we are love, remembering that we are Loved. All there is, is LOVE for GOD is LOVE, Indeed.
