Greetings! It is I, Sananda, with your next meditation. You have just passed another milestone on your ascension journey with the opening of the third portal during this cycle, that portal being yet another eclipse. And it comes during the time of what is, for some of you, your Holy Days of Passover and Easter, with the latter being a celebration of my resurrection during my personage as Jesus. But, in Truth, it is about YOUR resurrection, YOUR ascension.
To begin this meditation, I ask you to join me atop the Christ Consciousness Grid where, together, we shall look down upon the earth.
1)
For the first five minutes, you are asked, through your intention to do so, to send the Energy of Love, of Light, to what we have termed the Lightworker Grid upon Earth. You are the Beacons, the Wayshowers, for your planet and I invite you to look with me at that Grid, sending it Light, and visualizing it growing brighter and expanding across your world into what could be called pockets of Lesser Light, until they, too, are en-Light-ened.
2)
For the next five minutes, you are asked to send Love to the ‘space’ between the Earth and your moon.
3)
Finally, you are asked to spend the last segment of this meditation sending, once again, the energy of Love to the electromagnetic grid of Earth.
You have all done magnificently in helping to strengthen and stabilize the earth grids! Do not lose heart nor become impatient; everything is proceeding as Divinely orchestrated and will come to fruition shortly. Be of good cheer! I am Sananda, always by your side.

Getting God's Attention

You have all tried for so very long and so very hard to 'get the attention of God', have you not? Know ye not that you already have His full, undivided attention? How could you not have, for he is the very breath that you take. Look no more, my Children, for He is not 'outside' you for you to find and then beg for His attention. You need not voice a prayer of "God, are you there?" "Are You hearing me?" "God, please come closer to me!" "What can I do to 'feel' your Presence?" The answer… just breathe. Your God cannot get any 'closer' than he already is, for He is within you… always. How can you feel His Presence more distinctly? Breathe. Breathe. And then breathe some more. Feel the in-breath, feel the out-breath. THAT is God within you, connected to you, loving you, nurturing you and your body. Does He hear you? But of course! How could anyone that close to you not hear you? The question is… do you hear Him? To decipher the answer to that question, one needs to discern exactly what it is that they are listening FOR, yes? What, dear ones, are you hoping to hear? Have you asked of God a question from your own heart, or are you simply hoping to 'hear' God say to you, "Here… here I AM, right here inside you!"? Know ye not that God's voice is 'small' and that he speaks in every imaginable way? His voice is as the sound of the wind blowing through the trees, the sound of the owl as he makes his nightly call, the sound of the flutter of a butterfly's wings as it glides through the air. It is also that intuitive knowingness inside of you, that still small voice that you, as a whole, have not yet learned to trust as being the voice of your Creator. It is now the time to trust that inner-voice, as God is whispering to each and every one of you as His time of Glory swiftly approaches. Begin with just listening to the breath as it flows in and out of your body. Hear that sound? That is God, your Creator, flowing in and out of your body. That is your connection to Source. Now, how badly do you want to feel that connection? 'Very badly', you say. Then put it off no longer. Go into your secret closet, there within the Throne Room of your Heart, listen to your breath and know that you are communing with the All That Is. It is that simple. Make this a 'conscious' connection, not just a random event. Be mindful of your breath as you go about your daily routine… the in, the out, the Divine flow of Light running through your body. Be in the NOW with the Holy Breath… and see, feel Heaven NOW. There is no need to wait for some distant or not-so-distant 'event', whether that event be called ascension, enlightenment, or whatever term man chooses to use. It is not in the 'future'… it is NOW. And I, Sananda, am with you in every NOW moment. Adonai.

Receiving Higher Guidance

Many upon your plane of existence call to those of us in the Higher Realms for Divine Guidance. Oh, my Beloveds, that Call is ALWAYS answered. And we come, and we whisper to you that which ye seek. Yes, you oft times feel the 'chill' which goes throughout your physical body as we do this, or you feel our breath as it gently caresses your cheek, or perhaps every hair on your head or arms stands up. By manifestations such as these you recognize our presence, but yet, as we whisper to you, you do not always hear our words of guidance in the manner you desire. You do not, as you would term it in your reality, 'hear the words', but despair not, my Beloveds, for you may rest assured in the Truth that that guidance which you seek has, nevertheless, been 'implanted' within your very Being, even though you do not 'hear' at the time. This is why we have, once again, begun to impress upon you the importance of your meditations, your quiet and centered times. For it is by this turning within that you shall find and connect to that Gem of Wisdom, that Divine Guidance, which we implanted within you when you called to us. We knocked on the door to your consciousness, but when you did not hear us and answer, we left your Gift there, on the doorstep, for you to find. And so it is. The Gift is still waiting for you there. All you need do, Beloveds, is open that door and look about. And it is through your process of meditation that you open this door.
There is SO much awaiting you there! For humanity has called out of its despair and need for Higher Guidance for many, many of your years…. and we have heard and answered, only to find that these Divine Gifts we brought had only to be left on the doorstep and found at a later time. For humanity has wrapped itself in a cocoon of barriers to our energies. They have become so wrapped up in the illusion and its many trappings that they cannot 'hear' above the din of noise that their restless hearts produce. It is only by going into quiet, centered meditation that this noise be stilled and our knock on the door be heard. So, I would urge each and every one of you, my brothers and sisters to, in all earnestness, consider making it your daily practice to enter the Silence and listen for our words that we implanted at your call.
There was a time in your not-to-distant past when meditation was introduced into your Western culture. Some in your society looked upon it as what you term a 'fad'. Others quickly embraced it for its spiritual merits, and quickly became the so-called gurus for the spawning of this New Age. With the advent of higher technology and the advance of your Internet, the practice of meditation quickly faded into the background and was thought of as passé. Thus, many knocks on many doors were never heard and much-needed Guidance went unfound. It is time, my Dear Ones, to once again delve into this spiritual practice of turning within. As the cries of humanity grow louder, we find ourselves ever increasing the knocking upon the door, with Gifts and Guidance in hand. Please, daily go into the Silence within your Hearts. Listen. Watch. Dig around a bit. We are not speaking of rigorous visualizations, the repeating of a mantra, or the like here. We are speaking of centering yourself and quieting your mind. Very simply put, focusing on nothing more than your breath as it flows in and out of your being-ness. Then, ask that the Guidance which we have implanted within you be brought forth into your conscious mind. Then just sit in the Silence and listen. You shall find that Guidance which you sought… for we left it right there for you on the doorstep of your Heart.

How the Ashtar Command Came to Be

Sananda: "How about for once, I describe to you my brother Ashtar, and what is referred to as his Command, shall I? You see, the Divine Creator is in charge of all contracts... all Soul Contracts for each life that comes anew from the Souls that decide to experience some sort of lifetime in some dimension. These Soul Contracts are guarded and protected by the Divine Creator itself. However, there came a time when this planet began to call out to the Divine Creator for Christed energies, without truly realizing what it was they were crying out for. For you see, there came a time that there were too many 'gods', too much imagination going into the wonders of all that was. And man's small brain at that time figured that it was far too much for one Creator to do, so therefore, there came about many gods. Well, the next thing you know, there are wars... many, many wars... because everyone had their favorite god and they wanted everyone else to worship THEIR god.
It became very violent and, therefore, those that knew and had always known that there was but one true Divine Creator, called upon the Divine Creator and said, "Bring us a sign. Bring us a gift that will prove to all that you are still with us, that you still watch us, that you still watch over us, and that you still protect us. Bring us the One that will teach ALL of us who you truly are and how we may truly commune with you." You do realize, don't you, that I was but one of those?
There were many of the Christed Beings that came to ALL of the civilizations upon this earth. Each civilization that cried out for a Christed Being received one. When the first Christed Being stepped upon this planet... and I will not give away yet who that was... the Divine Creator wished to have protection for that Christed Being... SPECIAL protection... a way IN for the precious cargo, and a way OUT for the precious cargo. So therefore, the Divine Creator put out a call and asked for one who would be willing to sacrifice their own independence to make sure that this Christed Being would be protected for however long it took them to be here. One Being came forward. That Being is my brother Ashtar. But you see, it is not as if everyone else was just spinning their fingers with nothing better to do... there was much going on at that time. And this was a new planet, in universal standards, that is. So you might say that my brother Ashtar went through an intense training period from the Divine Creator to guard over this Christed Being.
Ashtar Command BannerNow... it is as such. He did an excellent job, and he did such a wonderful job, you might say he got a promotion. And the Divine Creator asked if my brother Ashtar felt that he could handle a 'larger' mission, if he could coordinate many Beings to watch over the Beings here on this planet, to make sure that their Contract time and their Contracts - ALL aspects of their Contracts - were followed. Well, my brother Ashtar began recruiting, was given the energy and the time, and went among all the universes and recruited... asking for the volunteers to come and help. This, then, became Ashtar's Command. Now, there are going to be some that read this that will find it highly unlikely, highly improbably, perhaps even fictional. This is well and good. It is your choice. I am more or less just filling in a few blanks along the way for those that wish to have this information. For you see, the ones that resonate with this information, the ones that feel in their heart that this IS the correct information, are truly those that were the first volunteers that came to my brother Ashtar's call for assistance. For they are the ones that were with him from almost the beginning, that know the truth. And over time, many, many more have joined in. So therefore, if you do not believe this story, it matters not. Perhaps you volunteered and came in at a later time. That is fine, too. But there are also many out there who are reading these lessons that will say, "I am not of the Ashtar Command, I just KNOW of Ashtar." If you resonate at ALL with the name Ashtar... at ALL... if you KNOW of the name of my brother Ashtar... at ALL... you ARE of the Ashtar Command!
Now... I will step on a few more toes here. There are those of you that KNOW... you feel in your heart and your soul that you are a member of Michael's Legions. If you are on this planet and you are of Michael's Legions, you are ALSO of my brother Ashtar's Command. If you were of Michael's Legions and you were NOT of my brother Ashtar's Command, you would not be here on this planet. It is possible to be of the Ashtar Command on this planet and NOT be of Michael's Legions... but it is IMPOSSIBLE to be of Michael's Legions on this planet and NOT be a member of my brother Ashtar's Command. It is just the way it is. Some of you may not resonate with that, either! This, again, is entirely up to you. It matters not to me at all if you do not resonate with this, however, I can tell you for a fact that any that know of my brother Ashtar, or any that feel they are of Michael's Legions that are on this planet at this point in time, you ARE OF THE COMMAND, and you ARE here for a SPECIFIC MISSION, possibly even more than one. For there are those out there who have denied for far too long. There are those out there that are still asleep, and it is well-past time for them to wake up. For things have accelerated to the point where ALL are needed. You still have a choice, mind you, as to whether you wish to continue on with your mission or not. However, the time has come that, if you decide NOT to continue on with your mission, that mission will be taken from you and given elsewhere. There are very few instances now of those being able to postpone their missions any longer.
