i been kinda ill from ibs and a sore throat for the week and half i sign up here pardon me. although i made my second atlantean headband in the traditional fashion 24 gauge copper sheet,silver disk, and an indigo aura crystal. following the instructions set fourth in the tome crystal power. and made several atlantean lighted power rods from 9 led highbeam flashlights and said crystals and silver furnence tape. very powerful devices i do say myself. tonight was first time i had enough energy to do my designed yoga program which i can tell you if you want to know with 4 form brocades, and meditation session and hymn to isis which i identify with isis that is. feeling better at least although putting the pieces together my ibs and chronic pain the past 5 years for ibs and 9 years for the pain might be ascension sickness i dont know but i have good compared to some not to comparing just saying. any way i perfer to more lighter now since everyone is down in the dumps because of cause the changes . im in the process though im not there yet but progress not prefection. hopefully will buy the telos lemurian books adama any of you fellowers of that?
