The Arcturians who are the most advanced in this Universe are a step above the rest therefore they would have the complete history of all the Planets in this Universe.
Earthlings do not need to look for other Planets as firstly they should be looking after Planet Earth....secondly it is important for Earthlings to join up and become friends with Higher Dimension Beings who will help us with Ascension and open the door for us to be able to move freely in this Universe since we will become part of GALACTIC SOCIETY.
Beings from other Dimensions are ready to meet us but most Earthlings are not ready yet... hence the delay. We will meet up and become a Galactic Society as soon as a large number of beings in this Planet acknowledge, respect and are ready to accept friendship with Higher Dimension Beings.
The sooner we become friends with the Higher Dimension Beings who are here now the better as they being present openly on this Planet would solve all our problems as on our own we will be losers as we have to accept that they are much more advanced then of us. Our Leaders and Governments will keep us under control but Higher Dimension beings will set us free.
There is no need to worry about dark forces coming from other Planets to control us or take over this Planet as the Galactic Federation of Light forces are here to help us and Victory is Guaranteed. The only thing we need to do is get rid of all the Dark Forces that are present on this Planet..these are mostly violent natured people trying to control the rest.

Earth Solar System will meet a Inter Dimensional Portal that will fling us out of the current Photon Belt, that will take us up into the 5th Dimension, our solar system has been scheduled to meet this Inter Dimensional Portal on 21st of December, 2012. It will take our Solar System 1-2 yrs to travel through until it reaches Sirius-Star Nation. Before all this occurs the Mass Landings will take place.
