  Sky is spot on its a release of blocked energy a profound deep healing on many levels of our multi dimensional beings i feel that this is why we feel spacy after a good cry i see it as a most wonderious gift from the prime creator namaste friend

  Good for you Rick, there is no shame in feeling your emotions.  I agree with everyone here but may I add that since March we have been balancing our yin/yang energies- in a nutshell the female Shekina energy has been returning to the earth - this has resulted in a massive change in the male psyche, you can see it on the news... and in our personal lives.  It hasn't balanced out yet and is still doing a pendulum effect but it will eventually settle down and so will your heart find balance.  For now it is clearing and waking up :)  That is awesome and thank you for sharing something personal that means alot to you... you are helping others.

  Yes experiencing it ALL the time. More and more actually as new July energies are piercing through. Its all fine.. go with the flow its "just" your heart chakra opening up, nuttin to be afraid of, nuttin to ponder about feel it, live it, love it

  Thanks for sharing...(crying already) it's a warm feeling when you realize that I'm not the only one. I am accepting of this slowly but I also struggle to understand ...why, what brought it on to begin with. I was brought up that it was a sign of weakness and feminine, forgive me but at 63 years of age I just don't turn a new leaf that easily.

  Rick its fine.. I cry every day my brother .. I have no problem crying in public whatsoever and I dont care eho sees me.. I can cry at the drop of a hat.. I cried about 2 hours ago on the street, it is nothing new for me.. we are releasing a lot comming up to Ascension and there is more Love in tears.. we are taught to surpress our emotions from early childhood by our Parents, teachers, school mates, friends whatever.. but that is part of the old paradigm and its fast disolving.. cry your heart out my brother if you need to .. its ok.. it is the best form of release.. the ultimate form of release is dying but tears come in at a very close second.

  I experienced this same phenomena a while back.

  You are releasing your emotions (from past lifes?), this makes your heart stronger.

  This is where you are doing it for, as far as I know this is unseen at other planets, it's an earthly aspect of humans.
