Hello my lovely and beautiful friends. I want to talk about the “Living Meditation” I’ve been going on about for so very long and so much more than that is our “Living Prayer” they work hand in hand, or so WITHIN and THROUGHOUT. These are our ways of BEING and our connection to DIVINITY.
Our conscious BEING is our incarnate expression of our Divinity. Our Divinity is our LIGHT of KNOWING and our LOVE and FEELING. Our LIGHT is our KNOWING of TRUTH and our LOVE and FEELING is our eternal SOUL HEART. This is our “Awareness” and so is it our Divinity so long as we strive to achieve that ABSOLUTE TRUTH as there is only ONE ABSOLUTE TRUTH. That is the ONE Divine Father/Mother.
Let us bathe in that TRUTH as the waters can and WILL enlighten us. Let us fuel that fire that is our SOUL HEART(Higher Self is a common misused term) as this IS our Eternal Self of INFINITE LOVE. That is our KNOWING and FEELING of Divinity. Our “Awareness” and our Divinity; the LOVE and LIGHT that we are eternally, gives birth to the incarnate expression of our BEING. Living with Divinity is our “Living Prayer” birthing our very incarnate BEING is our “Living Meditation”
What is the incarnate BEING? This consists of our Mentality, our Energetic Body, our Ethereal Body and our Physical Body; all five of which are “physical” by nature. Our Mentality consists of our Thought Body, or our Conscious Self. Our Causal Body consists of our Sub-Conscious Self. These two together; our Thought Body and Causal Body create our Mentality. Laying underneath our Mental Bodies is our Energy/Astral Self. This is the Energetic Expression of our Physical Heart and our SOUL HEART. Resting beneath our Energetic Self is our Ethereal Self which is our Emotional Body. And of course below this is our Physical Body.

{Energy Body / Astral Self} {Ethereal Body / Emotional Self}
{Physical Body / Alchemic Self}
These Seven Aspects of our Being create a RAINBOW of who we are as Full Spectrum, Multidimensional Rainbow Beings. Let’s try to stay in our KNOWING, FEELING and BEING. This is our Living Holy Trinity and WE ALL can experience this as it is the Threefold Flame that burns within us, so strive to find the GOLDEN FLAME of FREEDOM, because that’s what “BEING” is; it is our FREEDOM! Remember your FREE WILL dear brothers and sisters.
So long as we are living from our “Divinity” we can express our Divine Intentions there within our Incarnate BEING. Let’s please stay in our LOVE & LIGHT so that we can retain our highest intentions towards ourselves and others, or we can so easily fall into a living incarnate expression of BEING in a Life without true FREEDOM! Our FREE WILL is granted by staying in our SOUL HEARTS and in the LIGHT of GOD! So don’t fall to fear. Instead embrace your fears and love that which YOU ARE and that which WE ARE as ONE for we are ALL GOD, experiencing GOD as GOD. Falling from our incarnate expression of LIFE, we fall into FOOLISHNESS.
Falling from our LIGHT OF KNOWING, we fall into GREED and this comes in many ways such as Greed of Worship, Greed of Money, Greed of Space and Greed of Time. And these forms of Greed all consist of FEAR! This is most certainly why we must embrace our fears, because this is indeed where fear comes from; that which is unknown to us. Fear the unknown and you truly DO fear ONES SELF! Find yourselves through light of KNOWING.
In my KNOWING of the LIGHT I do not live in fear. I fear NOT Money, I live in the manifestation of Abundance as all things seem to work out in good faith. I fear NOT Space, I live WITHIN my being, unbound by burdens of encroaching atrocities and so I reflect this upon others. I fear NOT Time, I stay in my knowing that all things happen in divine timing.
Falling from our LOVE OF FEELING, we fall into ANGER and there are all kinds of anger as well! Lust dear hearts!! Be vigilant in your chivalrous nature avoid falling into such jealousy and lustful tendencies. We are ALL human, are we not, but the LOVE of the SOUL HEART is INFINITE, so stay that unconditional love and allow your SOUL HEARTS to expand our Physical Hearts and our Energetic Expression of this will be Heaven incarnate.
