This is from June 4 2015. Clearly it's not Mr Keshe who's been delaying the process, he is only one person, albeit brilliant one.
He now has given the technology to humanity, hence, it's up to us what we do with it, whether we use it for peaceful purposes like space exploration/flight, or to utilize this technology as a weapon and destroy everything...
