No Kelly, the 3rd density colonists will not be abandoned, but rather assisted by technologies, full knowledge and education of the GFL and the Solaris Star Nation, in which they shall be citizens, albeit 3rd density ones...
They will grow to be within ashrams on those planets as they progress and the Ascended Masters of Mars, Venus and Pax (many from Earth) will aid their spiritual evolution...One very important thing to note is that for them, there will be no UFO coverup and no Illuminoid family that is allowed to exploit them...There will, however, be a unique bastion for 4th density service-to-self graduates, within Solaris, and it will be based within a designated zone of INNER MARS....The ascended beings there will be ex-Illuminoids and their ilk....The Black Lodge...But no Black Lodge on Earth any more.
They may be permitted some influence upon the surface Martians, along with the 4th/5th dimension inner Mars...
That will be the only dark zone permitted within Solaris...The 3rd density inhabitants of Venus will have no such dark tutoredge and will be groomed for lightwork....The 3rd density expression of Solaris will be an EDUCATED ONE....until ready to graduate and ascend...We ascended beings will be able to interact freely with our former families in 3rd density...some may have forgotten us, but we will provided technologies to help them remember us and themselves, as part of a divine grace...
Hope this places a more compassionate light on the destiny of those who are due to remain in 3rd dimension...Such ones will not suffer the very hard knocks that earth permitted them...So lesser knocks and full education, if not full consciousness...

I have pressed for these details myself, as I also had concerns about friends and family whom I knew would not make the ascension grade, because of all the fears and their inability to go within for answers...
I had to know exactly what would happen...and that was the construction provided, which if you look at it, is a lot easier than 3rd density earth, with it's secrecy and big government coverups and financial scams...Glad it helped, my dear...always a pleasure... ;-)

However, the rest of inner Mars will REMAIN, fully 4th density/5th dimension......and they are currently STO ascended masters, who have taken on the responsibility of helping formerly Earth people, who never did ascend on Earth, but now can try on Mars..
And that mischief of the black lodge will be there, for learning and choosing, BUT., will not possess the power and wealth they have on Earth...There will be more a case of anger, without the power and money to back it up...No central banks on outer Mars...They will be within the GFL and fully aware of all of our fleets, but, not always able to see us, as 4th dimension cannot view 5th, but the reverse is possible...We can lower our vibes and visit them, however, 3rd and 4th density, 4th dimensionals cannot raise their vibes and visit us, unless they make the grade and as long as those recycled ones choose STO, they could be reunited, but as Martians of their service to Mars, White Lodge..
Also, important to say that no STS type is ever totally ceased in expression, simply moved on to other worlds, if the lesson has still not been learned...At spiritual level, they are just like us...Pure love...the divine monad allows all expressions and permutations....And a reminder that a soul resides upon a lower range of planes, than the monadic.
Only the monad is truly immortal and can never be destroyed, or cut-off from Prime Creator, as though the need to experience creation, monadically exists, the return impulse is always there..free will always being sacrosanct..
For anyone who would seek that all STS beings are annihilated from existence I will suggest that actually, the dark serves the divine plan, in it's own bizarre way...It's natural, in so far as we observe parasitism in all kingdoms of nature, such as plants and animals...certainly humans too....But parasitism is limited and cannot exist at the 5th dimensional level...and higher....Because the parasite needs stealth....it needs to overpower it's pray, often using some nefarious secret method, or other...So, STS types are the paramount parasites and prey on those who are below the 5th dimension....Such as limited consciousness humans....
So, in life we learn to use logic and intuition, to guide us away from the con artists and fraudsters....We chose to avoid the state propaganda and avoid following corporate scams...etc...
Parasites can only prey on the weak.....the unprepared,..the caught out...the naive....the fool..
And remember this: If people you meet have low vibes and even when you offer help, they prefer to be stuck in their mud...Let them be stuck, if they wish....and remember, they cannot bring you down to wallow too, as...

Yes, what Movella has stated here is true...And it's important to realise that when one enters the higher astral plane, one must choose STS, or STO, 4th density, 4th dimension.....We are currently 3rd density, 4th dimension....with bad and good in close proximity...even closer proximity than 3rd density, 3rd dimension, prior to January 2020...
The real "sword of cleavage" mentioned in the bible, separates these two polarities apart....and if one has chosen to be STS, one cannot rise any higher.....There is no possibility to enter 4th density, 5th dimension and higher....
UNLESS a change of intent, a change of method and a change in direction is consciously made, with good intent.....
In practice, the trials and tribulations of such a process are far, far harder to succeed in, than choosing to be a good initiate, in the lower 4th dimension and aiming, through at least 55% good deeds, in life, and STO....
In contrast, the dark brother who makes the mistake of choosing STS, actually suffers for much longer and that process may take thousands of years of 4th dimensional experience.....Millions of years of suffering, in 4th dimension, being constantly outclassed by the 5th dimension denizens.....Trying to turn this around is monumental for any soul.....
So my advice is MAKE UP MINDS before we hit the higher astral.....Being luke warm, will not make a successful ascension...It must be a binary choice and consciously made, between STS, or STO....and now, you see why the dark people of the world, such as Bill Gates, try so hard to make his grade of being 95% wicked, in life....Soros too....
It's hard work being a completely evil person....Better to be good and light motivated...with a strong will to do good deeds...
