Dearest Brothers and Sisters,

I've noticed of late much conflict, distress and anxiety move than usual, many of us are going through major changes, some good some bad, some changes that can hit you so hard you feel you can't get up.

I always encourage others not to fear exploring the situation and try to find out what positive outcomes can occur from the situation, if you can't don't be afraid to reach out, the world is full of lightworkers who will help you up, depending on the situation of course reach out my fellow siblings, we all need alittle help now and then, there are toll free hotlines with trained counsellours out there, experts who are not afraid to talk about abivialance with you.

Just know even if you in the dark and feeling lost call out of help, no one will drag you in the light you but many of us will dwell beside you while your in the dark, with our torchlights not so bright yet strong enough to show that there is always a new day, each time the sun rises it''s a gift.

I don't want to go on and be vomiting sunshine JUST KNOW THIS CAN ALWAYS GET BETTER.
