  I have been deep in my heart and found much strength from the Love that I found there. It has brought me back to peace once again. My Love for You is strong and the connections I found go far beyond the limitations of our current lives. The peace within comes from knowing that this shared Love lives without the need to demonstrate its existence - it is based purely on the acknowledgement that the Love I feel for You is part of who I am. No more no less. You are part of me and I Love You as I Love my Self. This is the greatest Love of all because You are the greatest part of who I am.

  Recognise the importance of maintaining a focal point for love as a self created condition of thinking. It is necessary to have a point of focus to allow the energies to flow through the heart centre and out towards the focal point. This is the true nature of unconditional love – to allow the flow of love through you and outwards. The wider the focus, the wider and greater the flow. To love all things without blocking the flow is to find a permanent connection with Source.

  At times, the ego personality will step in and distract focus by stating, What are you getting in return? What good does it do you? What are you getting out of this? What’s the point? – but it is maintaining the connection without reservation, without doubt or fear, without expectation of reciprocation and without ego imposed conditions - that brings true bliss to the heart centre.

  In this state, you do not place your reliance on external factors alone to provide you with a source of love, or you will feel cut off and alone if that source is not immediately available to you. The exclusive pursuit of external factors will lead to the neglect of the necessities of life and without balance, only chaos will ensue.
