How is your SELF doing?

Since my mom left, I have been taking the responsibility to clean the house, do chores, and taking care of my own responsibilities... It may not seem like a lot but it sort of is, especially having the strength to be there for my family emotionally. It gets draining at times. I realized something a few days ago, that it made me cry. I realized how much we took my mom for granted, and how we depended on her so much in getting things done for us while we take care of our own thing or simply because we were lazy to do it. We never took the time to ask her, "how are you feeling?".."Is there anything we can do to help you out"... "How is your SELF doing?" ... Instead we only vented to her, complain to her, or asked her for advice on our problems..
The few times I asked her how she was feeling, her response would be of being tired of taking everyone's burden. I would tell her to gather everyone to talk it out but she would say no, because it has to come naturally from them. I feel her soul free from all the burdens of the life she had here and I feel her in so much joy that it brings me smiles.. so much that I feel inner strength to keep going forward....
I wish my sister Claudia to awaken spiritually and to release all negative thoughts and energies that only confuses her and traps her in illusions and false ideas of life.
I wish my family can connect more with one another and bring laughter, joy, love, and support....
And ask all of my family and friends...' How is your SELF doing?"
