A basic conclusion is provided at the end for the uninitiated. The C.I.A. was founded on July 26, 1947 with the signing of the National Security Act by President Harry Truman while aboard his Air Force plane (known as "the Sacred Cow"). Truman reportedly kept a strict schedule and ate lunch at 1:00 pm; my estimate of the signing of the act took place sometime between 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm. It was reportedly very hot at Washington National Airport at that time, and Truman wanted to sign this act (and may have waited a while for the paperwork to arrive while in the plane. Imagine how hot that must have been back then!) Via Uranian Astrology methods, the selection of 2:26 pm was based on the position of the Ascendant in conjunction with a rare triple midpoint placement of the following midpoints: Chiron/Kronos ("intelligence agency"), Sun/Zeus ("leader of the platoon or unit"), and Sun/Kronos ("the president"). The midpoint tree of Saturn/Pluto and Mars/Neptune indicates that the "deceptionary nature" of the C.I.A. (or the most useful tool of most spy agencies) may face "government restrictions" and "difficult transformation." The addition of plausible deniability allows an avoidance of accountability when illegal acts are uncovered, but this same plausible deniability also enhances mistrust (which hurts or eliminates healthy relationships that may be important). And thanks to ex CIA/NSA employee Edward Snowden, almost everyone now knows they are capable of being listened to on any phone conversation by an untrustworthy third party (who is here from the government and there to help). Alfred Witte considered the Midheaven (Mc) as the most important point on the dial. This Mc point typically represents "the legacy of the event" or "how the event will be remembered," while the Ascendant describes "activities going on in the environment of the event." Thus, the C.I.A.'s legacy may concern questionable involvement with the mainstream media, military involvement with technology areas that may be other-worldly (literally) in nature, and secret propaganda going on between the president, intelligence agencies, and military brass. Now onto the present year of 2026. Let's first look at the basic 1947 horoscope of the C.I.A. on the standard 12 Houses chart below (and then go on to transits for May 9, 2026).

The C.I.A. Neptune Trine Sun transit and Neptune Quincunx Chiron transit (with both transits taking place for the first week of May 2026) are probable for indicating that the C.I.A. is currently not being totally honest with the disclosure of ET/UFO/UAP areas that they are being told to disclose. This is reportedly a concern to many people in the ET/UFO/UAP community at this time, while others involved in the ET/UFO/UAP scene are not surprised that the C.I.A. is doing such a thing. We may even have a new Warren Commission type of book series available to the public for any concerning questions of the present ET/UFO/UAP disclosure, complete with Betty Hill's dental records and Travis Walton's favorite donut shop.
Conclusion
Eerily similar to the D.O.J. and the Epstein Files, the C.I.A. is going to disclose very little from the ET/UFO/UAP files (and [similar to the Epstein files] disclosed at a snails pace). We will probably get to see far-out videos and read about accountings of ET encounters (and maybe read about an abduction or two), but anything that talks about a relationship of some kind between the U.S. government and this new life form (a.k.a. ET) will be avoided and viewed as "conspiracy." The problem is that this is a new life form that reportedly violates our laws of physics, especially when chased by Navy fighter jets or reportedly seen to walk through walls of homes from non-drug seeking home occupants. Vice President Vance called out extraterrestrials as "demons," and yet he (and myself for that matter) do not know anything substantial about this new life form (a.k.a. ET) that is suddenly hot on the radar of public inquiry at this time. Vance's claim that extraterrestrials are demons is the equivalent of calling out newly discovered deep sea life as "demons," and this similarity is because Vance doesn't know anything about either life form. Vance needs to step out of the box on occassion if he wants to be more knowledgeable about such topics that are hot on the radar. Otherwise he is just another politician concerned about how the polls will respond, regardless of any new important information he may learn.
