Living out of a car

You have now contributed $5,700 to the Lightworkers Fund/Hope Chest, which has purchased a motel room for one lightworker in the US for the next month, provided food on the table to another in Mexico, ensured that a newly-jobless lightworker has a roof over his head, and provided similar security to a number of others in similar situations.  We still have committed to an additional $1,300 to see to those who have turned to you and us for help. I’m sure that will come in as well.

We have taken care of “family” for another month. I’d like to think that by the end of next month the need for this will have passed.  I can only say that you inspire me and you warm my heart, a sentiment I’m sure that everyone who, in dire need, has been helped gladly endorses.

Thank you. $4,000 has been received so far.  I am corresponding with one of the lightworkers as we speak, whom we are supporting in the interim via Visa until we can get funds to her.

The longer it takes for the abundance program to arrive, the more people are experiencing hardship. We have now a fair number of lightworkers who have contacted us. Some are presently homeless and living out of cars. Some face homelessness if they cannot find a means of paying next month’s rent.

The sum that we have committed ourselves to raising is $7,000. We fervently hope that fund-raisers like this will not be necessary soon. Some element of the abundance program, we hope, will start up around the corner, we’d like to believe. But each extra month we wait is hard on light-workers who have made it their task, this lifetime, not of watching out for number one but of watching out for the mass of humanity instead.

Again we do not ask anyone who is in dire straits to assist us to reach this target. We are appealing for help only from those who experience abundance themselves and have the means to share.

I acknowledge that last month some people gave large amounts. There is no need for you to do so again. I do recognize that need is general and am not asking anyone to act like Superman.

I will keep you posted as to how we do. We have Paypal accounts, addresses or Western Union information for all the lightworkers who have asked for our assistance and as soon as the funds are available will be sending the entirety of it to them. (Some charities have administrative costs; we have none.)
