3. If you feel you are on a "natural high" all of the time, you have ascended.
4.. If your heart is so full of LOVE that your forget your pain, you have ascended.
5. If you find yourself, drinking less, smoking less you have ascended.
6. If you see the pieces of the puzzle called LIFE, falling into place, you have ascended.
7. If you catch yourself talking to yourself out loud, you have ascended.
8. If you catch yourself talking to your pets as though they were humans, you have ascended.
9. If you can understand what your pets are saying to you, you have ascended.
10. If you find yourself forgiving and LOVING your former spouse because he/she LOVED your best friend more than you, you have ascended.
11. If you still find yourself forgiving and loving your best friend for LOVING your spouse, you have ascended.
12. If you find yourself " in LOVE" with you, you have ascended.
