What we experience as an intense shift of energies.... the way we starting to wake up and look at this planet and all life with different eyes..... the way we are waking up to our spiritual and soul truths, all have to do the immense vibrational frequencies, which are bombarded down onto us, via this central cosmic eye, in the very middle of this galaxy!!!
There are huge electro-magnetic storms currently raging, just outside the stratosphere of this planet and all over the Universe.... Think of thunder and lightning.... but this time multiplied by billions of charged particles..... It is a twirling, swirling mass and it comes in the most beautiful colours of blinding white, tinged with platinum, silver, gold, violet, magenta, crystal and crystal, with just a tiny touch of greenish turquoise.....
In the next few weeks this will be intensified, resulting in a lot of respiratory problems, heart palpitations (as your heart rate has to adjust to the new frequencies), unexplained body pains, dizziness, nausea, flu-like symptoms, feeling of disorientation if not properly grounded, depression, insomnia, mood-changes, hardening of old cells which lead to cancer, hormonal problems, sexual lethargy (where these energies have to be fine-tuned and rectified).....
Another thing which will happen, is that relationships will be going through rough times.... as well as all social structures.... in a way, it is a splintering...... almost like a crystal bowl falling to the ground and shattered into tiny shards.....
Rather than fighting this, or trying to stem the tide, it is wiser to brush up your meditation techniques, and to start adopting a simpler form of life..... Indeed, you will find that it comes almost naturally, the yearning for peace, for quiet, for nature and tranquillity, as this is healing balm to the soul....
One will be drawn to music for the soul and those who produce music, will find that their compositions get intense and almost develop with a will of its own..... A totally new sound will start to emerge, which will be set to higher frequency sounds and another tonal scales, which are one or two octaves HIGHER than the normal, as our ears are getting tuned into these higher frequencies....
This is truly a challenging time to be alive... but also a very interesting one.....
It is wise to keep a journal of all which is happening in and around you..... you will be astounded as to how fast you change.... without being consciously aware of it....
So you might as well enjoy the ride, while you swept along on the waves of massive energies.....

Strange, I got the strangest pains in my chest, stomach and middle back .. like when you stretch and pull a mussle. This morning, I did just that, I stretched and suddenly I was doubled up in pain, found it difficult to catch a breath .. so I was sitting on the bed in a weird position trying to find room for my lungs to breath ..
Right now I am good, but still have a slight ache in my upper body ...
I couldnt think why I got such a severe pain though .. I only stretched a little bit and then wham ...
If this ever happens, I recommend staying calm and still, as still as you can be even if you are in pain .. try to find the most comfortable position and get some breaths in ... it will eventually fade way as it did for me and I was more or less back to normal after about half an hour.
I put it down to incomming energies and so forth .. so thanks for this post, perfect timing.
