  SAN..You used the spelling; project "Zetra Retucil"....Of course the star system...BUT as a side thought the GFL did have a project known in the Sirian language as; "Decra Zau," which means "operation spirit..." Of course, both are unrelated, BUT it could explain your confusion, as the names have certain parallels, that may be remembered, incompletely and thence conflated as a false memory...It is a known mental aberration that some have...With kind respect....Drekx

  SAN.......You mean "Zeta Reticuli," which is a star system (not a project) from where the small "greys" originate...and no, the GFL are not advocates of mixing all star races into one species....The Galactic Federation of Light....THE GOOD GUYS,,,,Heaven seeks many expressions of divine experience...different species co-operating...The Zetas were a sterile species, who sought to recover their humanity...They are now 90% hybrid and again able to reproduce and have feelings and empathy...As nature would always prefer...As the divine plan prefers for them...They seek membership of the GFL now and as yet, that has not happened...

  I once read under U.F.O Contact Reports that there was a project called "Zetra Retucil" at that time. There it was said that it was originally a project of the Galactic Federation to bring all the star races together in a new species. The Grays wanted to refresh their blood as far as I know. Maybe other star races as well. The project was discontinued because the resulting clones could not leave the island (I think there was talk of Japan or another island there). Those who tried to died every time they were too far away from the island. Perhaps "Zetra Retucil" was imitated by the so-called Dark Side. There is now also the term Galactic Federation of light with which actually is the dark side, cause the real Galactic Federation not changing thier Name. The difference is these 2 Words in the End "of Ligth".
  Maybe it has something to do with these so-called secret religion.

  The Galactic Federation is not to be conflated with secret deals with dark administrations..
  
  Doing "experiments here," is the hybridization program of the Zeta Retilculi species...That was never a GFL program and the GFL warned the USA in 1952, not to make such a deal...

  This contract is invalid! Shan was entrusted to the Galactic Federation and not to the Reptilians. How can you just want to raid and conquer a planet like SHAN that was provided just like that, after the catastrophe of Phathon. As if it wasn't bad enough. This is despicable. IThat upsets me a lot. Experiments? As if this species of so-called aliens has any intelligence to show people atomic fission after the Phathon disasters? No one knows that SHAN was so sneakily conquered. Actually, the Grays, along with the Reptilians, must be banished from the planet and despised everywhere in the universe. The fact that Jesus Christ had to call the Mission Rama into being is certainly the result, since we have come to know nuclear fission. The Reptilians provide the general stupidity so that they can enslave everyone and let them all live in some Illusion. Yes, we should wake up and not allow ourselves to be oppressed.
