A lot of us on this emotional and spiritual path can get busy in the “seriousness and stress” of it all!
So now it’s time for a little reminder from the Angelical Realms on HOW the 5th dimensional attributes are settling here, right now.
In 3d life we can have meditations to do, deadlines to meet, we are busy trying to manifest so many things that we can lose sight of what’s really in THE NOW moment!
This presence is what is KEY to your spiritual growth and expansion!
I will now talk to you about one of the Cosmic Divine Principles which exists in the Angelical realms.
This also applies to EARTH since we are made of that same healing essences!
This cosmic principle is about letting go of 3d life and bringing your shift to the principle of laughter – practiced daily!-

Let it be known Laughter is an light language ENERGY which communicates to EVERY cell in your body.
Laughter communicates, laughter interacts,
Laughter is your abundant blessing!
- Our scientists are still busy researching this and some studies have already found positive proof! Studies have shown that laughter lowers your blood pressure, reduces your stress hormones, increases your muscle flex’s, and boosts your immune system!
Plus plenty of other good things!
- More recently a British study found 15 minutes of laughter daily helps YOU to tolerate pain, as the body naturally reacts to your laughter by promoting the happiness sensation, called Endorphins! Scientist have also found some patients who had cancer were helped in healing by laughing, good news!
The Angelical Realms & The Cosmic Principle Of Laughter
- The Angelical realms have much endorphin, although theirs unlike ours is very different also! ----However the same principle of laughter applies to us ALL!---
EVERY higher realm Galactic being smiles, EVERY angel smiles … they all laugh…
----Sometimes they do it the way we do, or sometimes they make it even more unique by adding their own creative flavour! ----
- Therefore laughter and smiles is a mutual emotional state WE SHARE WITH the Angelical Realms.
We too can achieve that, that blissful emergence to the angelic aspect of ourselves every day!
This following information from the Angelical realm on applying the cosmic principle of laughter in YOUR life:
Laughter IS practiced everyday and telepathically in the higher realms of higher vibrations!
Angels touch the face of EVERY human HEART with the 5th dimensional laughter & joy EVERYDAY!
Whether humans are AWARE of Angels or NOT, the same principle applies.
This is the role of angels, to care and heal us in this life without passing us judgement or worry!

· Laughter is an instant remedy to dispel your ego away from you in an instant! Laughter repels the ego.
· Laughter Gets rid of your deepest fears and worries
· Laughter Allows you to bond with others around you
The Principle of Laughter ENCOURAGES YOUR growth and Your expansion!
· Laughter encourages those around you to do better and better in their life!

· The principle of laughter Lets you to be free of attachments in this world, FREE OF your wants and needs and allows you to be in the NOW moment, which is THE BEST moments of your entire life!
· The energies of laughter is high so that, when we laugh we cannot help but either squeal out or make a noise to let ourselves know that laughter is too good, it was too funny to hold in!
· This happy energy is too high up the vibration charts for us to hold it in our dense physical body!

Angelical Principles of 5th Dimensional Earth suggest:
If someone hurts you, or betrays you or upset you, the best thing you can do is look back on that part of your life and smile, make fun about the situation!
Release your frustrations to them by laughing aloud, its better if they are around to hear you are over them, laughing at the situation… (if not laugh without them in your life anyway!
It’s through our laughter that our own inner essences can HEAL from others drama and pain towards us!

Laugh at the way life behaves and REJOICE GIVE THANKS that you have compassion in your heart to recognize the light of divine love!
Laughter also radiates an energy glow around you, which is a golden yellow toned hue which helps YOU to attract more wonderful, good to you, like a magnet of power!

Yes, this is an uplifting post. Swami Beyondananda made a career of "spiritual laughter". As have many others in their own way. Those who are staid "stay" in their frozen roles. Joy and laughter "mixes it up" and touches the realm beyond the logical survival circuitry. As Yogananda phrased it, "From Joy we've come, for Joy we live, into sacred Joy we melt". Amma expresses it through hugs, smiles and laughter. "A tiny bubble of laughter, I Am become the Sea of Mirth itself" - Yogananda again.
