With the Mercury Retrograde now in its tenth day with eleven more days to go, and with our Sun, Venus, and our Moon in deeply emotional, secretive, transcendent, and sometimes vengeful-feeling Tropical Scorpio, the depth of the inner being will take more precedence.
Many thoughts and dreams of the past will manifest, and both smiles and feelings of sadness will occur.
People will think about what they should have done and should not have done in certain circumstances, and the fixed water element energy of Scorpio will give determination on future actions. Thus, this is a time for emotional healing on a very deep level.
The cosmic events thus far are quite toned down today as if to give humanity time to relax and engage in the wellness paradigms that will allow for coming forth with greater strength and peace before they ramp-up again with powerful solar flares, CMEs, etc.
There are numerous ways in which to call forth emotional healing energy from a spiritual and natural perspective. Consider doing the following:
1. Wear and/or carry either Rose Quartz, Pink Tourmaline, Green Jade, or Kunzite gemstones (both men and women). These stones directly help the “Anahata”—the heart chakra— to heal and for us to be able to nurture ourselves properly. These stones also balance hormones, balance the elements (earth, air, fire, water, and ether), prevent vertigo, help to achieve peaceful restorative sleep at night, and calm the nervous system.
2. Wear Rose Oil or any of the flowery oils such as Gardenia, Jasmine, or Ylang Ylang. You can also create a very wonderful emotionally healing oil by placing the following—in equal parts—in a one-ounce glass bottle: Frankincense oil, Myrrh oil, Sandalwood oil, and Rose oil. Then place small pieces of Amber in the bottle and four drops of “Rescue Remedy” by Bach Flowers. Shake the mixture gently. Before placing the top on the bottle, recite a prayer from your heart asking the DIVINE SPIRIT for emotional healing and joy.
3. For those who recite mantras, wear a mala of either of the stones mentioned above or those comprised of the substances of trees (Amber, Boddhi Seed, Rosewood, Rudraksha, or Sandalwood), and recite the following mantra on each bead before wearing the mala: “AUM SRI MATRE NAMAHA” (“Oh, Divine, I bow to the Holy Mother”). This mantra is very nurturing, healing, and protective (as many other mantras are), and it is particularly calming to the emotions. It is also often pronounced three times for gratefulness when some wonderful blessing has been received.
4. Try to stay away from stressful people and environments. If you must be around such persons because of, for example, a work situation where there may be people of a low consciousness, do all of the above, and also place the following gemstones on your desk or somehow within your work area: Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz, and Selenite. These will be shielding, calming, and help you to focus on what needs to be done during the work day. Further, in a small spray bottle, place several drops of Frankincense oil into water, and spray your work area during the day.
5. Wear calming colors such as those from the blue family, the purple family, the green family, or the pink family. Warm and hot colors such as bright yellow, orange, and red tend to stir-up the nervous system, and when you are working on emotional healing, these hues are not recommended.
6. To increase energy that is often depleted when emotions need healing, take two drops four times daily of “Olive” by Bach Flowers. This remedy increases energy and also gives hope. It can begin to work during the day or within a couple of days.
7. Get to bed on time by 10:00 PM. Healing energetics are very profound between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM. If you cannot get to sleep easily, read or listen to soft music. Be sure to turn-off technological equipment at least an hour before bedtime so that your nervous system can slow down from all of the electromagnetic waves that have come during the day from the equipment (cell phones, computers, lap tops, televisions, etc.). Everyone seems to have a cell phone, but also having a regular land line phone (“house phone”) is wise so that you can receive calls when necessary after you have turned-off your cell phone.
With Mercury retrograde, let us review a bit of history now.
For those persons who feel that working with gemstones or reciting mantras is “against” their religion, I urge you to study the ancient teachings that came before the one you practice.
Most people who will find fault with the usage of gemstones or reciting mantras are from the “Abrahamic” perspectives such as conventional Christianity (which Yeshua did not develop).
Did you know that the name “Abraham” is from the Sanskrit term “Brahma” which translates as “The Expander” as an explanation that the DIVINE SPIRIT continually expands creation?
“Abraham” is a philosophical concept to explain the expansion of humanity around the Earth — not an actual person.
Did you know that even the Holy Prophet Muhammad said to his followers concerning Islam that: “This is not a new religion”. He was taught by others such as the African named “Bilal” about various ancient sacred principles.
Unfortunately, many religions now contain both sacred revelations as well as mere cultural traditions. This is why study (and travel when possible) is imperative so that people can discern the difference. So, let us remember the following:
“Study to show thyself approved” (HOLY BIBLE).
“The ink of the scholar is more precious than the blood of the martyr” (HOLY QU’RAN).
“Those who study the Divine teachings have worshiped the ABSOLUTE” (BHAGAVAD GITA).
“Those who are religious or spiritual shall know the truth, and spirituality is learned through study” (EMERALD TABLET).
Seek deep within yourself, and place your cares on your Divine “altar” — your heart — as our Moon traverses Tropical Scorpio until this Thursday and as our Sun remains in that sign until November 21st, and as Venus travels there until December 1st. Lots of spiritual healing water is being offered to us. Let us drink deeply from the sustenance of SOURCE.
