daily training regieme and others things

i tried during my meditation practice i put up a crystal grid or circle i guess.basic flower of life/star of david configuration i try for several days see how i like it. moving on to more advance exercises from the book introduction to hermetics by franz bardon and only did yoga tonight hot flashes. i will figure out some for qi gong exercise . things are coming together for on the spiritual side at least will for now that it
