and this is the plan for the future - an intelligent one that actually cares for people and for the environment, created by people for the people. It makes the present system look even worse than it already is, if that's possible.. Don't be alarmed by the size of the document, the main info is at the top and the rest is just a record of exactly what each person said, how everyone came to these conclusions.
