For quiet some time i have been in deep meditation and i personally feel that Lord Jesus does not want the sign of the cross / crosses in the Churches but would be happy with his full deity or photo of him and no sign of the cross at all.
Also i feel that he does not want humans to wear the sign of the cross round their necks but just a miniature size full bodied photo pendent of him would be much better.
