Ascension - what, exactly, is it? The simplest way to describe it is to say that it is moving onto the next life without dying. The second simplest way to describe it is to say it's whatever you yourself perceive it to be, or how open you are to allow yourself to perceive it to be. We're in an open window, a window of opportunity, for transition to a higher frequency realm of consciousness, which window will close sometime in about the next six to eight years. Your perception, and all its limitations, will determine precisely what it is for you, including those limitations.
Ascension is therefore the process of raising your frequencies, eventually to the point where you can dispense altogether with any sort of physical or semi-physical body. You're very practiced at this because you have died from various physical planes all over existence literally millions of times, and you have in fact "ascended" from the need for the physical body so many times that this is rather routine for you. In fact, you came here to show Earth humanity how to do it, and to take part in a huge transitional phase here that is unique in all of Creation.
