Advice on increasing lightbody quotient

 Hey everyone,

So my question is really simple I have been studying ascension and everything that it means to walk the path of love and light. As I have been studying and exploring all of this spiritual stuff I realize that if i want to continue to move forward I think I need to figure out more ways to increase the light body quotient and understand in more depth what exactly it is. so I would like to know if anyone can recommend for me some good books to read or even just some advice would be great as well about how to increase it and further understand exactly how it affects the individual and ascension. I do know a couple of ways so far to increase and improve this aspect of ascension but would like to continue learning more about it. any help would be appreciated.

Much love,

            Hohunk

  • Thank you for befriending me, I would love to share what I know.  Have you seen the Almine interview done by a man named Alan?  It's on Ashtar and Youtube.  I found it very revealing to the ascension process.
  • I would like to thank everyone for the advice the all of you have given me thank you, and happykelly I have heard of Master Djwal Khul and alice bailey I will check out those resources thank you for the help and pointing me in the right direction.

love and light to all of you,

  • Hi Ho Hunk,

Im with Drome, go with your heart. I my indicator is goosebumps whether its reading or hearing about something I know will be a big benefit in my journey. If you get good feelings (however they come) go for it.

    Suzexx

  • I can write big posts about this, but then all writings will come back at this one little sentence:

    "Think with your heart"

It shall not only affect you, but also those people in your direct and indirect environment.
