President Donald Trump and his campaign have pushed back against reports claiming they have scaled back lawsuits and allegations about voter fraud during the Nov. 3 election, asserting they will continue to make a complaint that over 600,000 Pennsylvania ballots were improperly processed.
Campaign spokesman Tim Murtaugh on Monday morning criticized the Washington Post’s report, describing it as a “complete mischaracterization of the Trump campaign’s litigation in [Pennsylvania],” and it is “erroneously claiming the campaign had dropped the claim of nearly 700,000 ballots processed illegally and in secret.” He added: “The campaign did no such thing.”
“Our lawsuit in Pennsylvania absolutely still makes an issue of the 682,479 mail-in and absentee ballots that were counted in secret,” Murtaugh said, suggesting that the Post failed to investigate their amended complaint in court.
Trump re-posted Murtaugh’s statement on Twitter, echoing his claim that the Jeff Bezos-owned newspaper “forgot to read the complaint,” while stressing there are outstanding allegations from GOP poll watchers in Pennsylvania who were barred from watching the vote-tallying process. Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor who serves as a lawyer and associate to Trump, also disputed the paper’s report.
Giuliani said another reporter, Politico’s Josh Gerstein, “has a reading deficit” and “didn’t read paragraphs 132 to 150 of the amended complaint.”
The Post reported that attorneys filed a fresh complaint “removing allegations that election officials violated the Trump campaign’s constitutional rights by limiting the ability of their observers to watch votes being counted.”
Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, a Democrat, has repeatedly rejected the Trump campaign’s allegations there was any voter fraud or irregularities in the state. Her office has not responded to a request for comment.
“The extant state law issues still should be resolved by Pennsylvania state courts,” lawyers from Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro’s office said on behalf of Boockvar, according to a statement provided to news outlets over the weekend. “Although the Secretary does not believe that oral argument is necessary to dispense with Plaintiff’s allegations and claims, counsel for the Secretary will appear and be prepared for argument as scheduled for Tuesday … if the Court still intends to hear the argument.”

U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, has scheduled oral arguments on the case for Tuesday and will hold an evidentiary hearing Thursday.
In a statement to Fox News, the Trump campaign noted that it changed the complaint and “strategically decided to restructure its lawsuit to rely on claims of violations of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution,” but they said the ballots that were not observed are part of their complaint.
“Our poll watchers were denied meaningful access to watch the vote counting and we still incorporate that claim in our complaint,” Murtaugh also told the news outlet. “Unfortunately, fake news activists rushed to print their clickbait headlines, apparently without even reading the lawsuit. That’s lazy journalism at best, but more likely intentionally misleading.”

A record number of Americans fought an unusual number of hardships to make certain their voices were heard in the selection of our next president. And, given the stark difference in the candidates’ visions for America’s future and the growing national divide, that choice was surely not made lightly.
So, when we on the right observed one “irregularity” after another on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, what we needed were answers and transparency. What we got were evasions and coverups.
Keep in mind that we have endured over the past 4 years a seeming century’s worth of dishonesty, hoaxes, threats, wild conspiracy theories and widespread corruption from those on the left. Indeed, Liberals appear to have made sport of treating Donald Trump and his supporters much like a cat treats a litter-box. And we got the message: There is no limit to just how low they are willing to sink.
So running up to Election Day, we weren’t overly shocked to hear stories of “replaced” and supposedly destroyed misprinted ballots being accepted at Pittsburgh polling centers, effectively allowing 1 person 2 votes.
We remained calm but curious when Michigan joined other battleground states in halting their counts early Wednesday morning. We became concerned when we noticed hours later that, while Michigan’s Trump vote stayed exactly the same at 2,202,902, the Biden vote had somehow increased by 138,339. And, even though that result was statistically impossible, we didn’t really shift into full-blown-pissed-off until we saw a video of what appeared to be illegal ballots being wheeled into a Detroit Vote Count Center in the dead of night that very same morning.

So you can imagine the reaction when news of pollster Nate Silver’s twitter message hit just hours later, announcing: “Two more batches of Pennsylvania votes reported: 23,277 votes in Philadelphia, all for Biden.” Especially coming from a highly-regarded statistician who knew damned well that the words he typed were impossible, unless of course someone was cheating – big time.
What was going on here? Did they really believe us such fools? Were they so emboldened as to not care? Or are they intentionally goading us into action in an attempt to legitimize their lame assertion that it is “Right-Wing White Supremacists,” not the Woke Left-Wing Nutjobs of Antifa and Black Lives Matter responsible for the ongoing violence in our streets?
Hold that thought for just a moment.
And consider first a few more figures that simply don’t fly. For instance, does anyone really believe that more votes were cast for Sleepy Joe Biden than history-making Dem darling Barack Obama? Or that plus-40% Red Counties flipped to plus-40% Blue counties in a single cycle? Or that in key counties, the down-ticket candidates consistently received 20% less votes than Biden?
Isn’t it much more likely that overzealous Dems, having once again grossly underestimated Donald Trump, panicked and, in doing so, brought life to the very scenario the president had warned us of for months? That the corrupt political machines had indeed illegally (and sloppily) “harvested” the votes they believed necessary to finally defeat the dreaded Orange-man?
If so, the mind boggles at the implications, and contemplates the breadth of the chicanery. Were these localized fraudsters or pawns on a much broader diabolical chessboard, perhaps enveloping the entire political battleground?
Needless to say, this intrigue made perfect tinder for the conflagrations to come, this time over count transparency, or, more accurately, its blatant absence. Just imagine that while knowing that the nation was watching, the corrupt Philly, Atlanta and Detroit political machines nonetheless acted to stop the nation from watching. All 3 have either denied GOP count observers’ entry or restricted them to stations too far from the count tables to observe anything. One even appealed a judge’s order to let observers in. And whatever Detroit is hiding appears to be probative enough to merit papering the windows to shut out any outside onlookers. What could they be hiding? They’re supposedly counting ballots, not formulating battleplans. Supposedly.
True to form, the Pro-Joe Lying Media have run strong interference, claiming there’s “nothing to see here,” even blaming criticism of the 3 heavily Democratic cities on, wait for it – racism. As though led by the same conductor, they all spout identical Morning Joe Playbook phrases, such as suggesting a “desperate” Trump is “throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks.”
But such platitudes simply won’t fly this time. These corrupt actions by corrupt people who believe they can steal the presidency with impunity will not be swept under the rug by virtue of sheer media sleight-of-hand. Unlike the complex and faraway felonies recently disclosed in Hunter Biden’s laptop, these crimes against democracy have immediate and discernible individual victims whose disenfranchisement can be neither denied nor tolerated.
But what is to be done? Sure, Trump could and should contest the results, no matter how long it takes. After all, the Democrats are still contesting the 2016 election, so to hell with their protestations.
But with potentially hundreds of thousands of tactically targeted fraudulent “mail-in” votes already included in the tally, and most not segregated thereby long past identifiable, what remedy can be offered the 70 million coup victims who know their votes for Trump have been effectively stolen?
What might appease these understandably enraged Trump voters, who felt their very future hopes and dreams dismissed and forcibly ripped from them by people for whom they rightfully have neither trust nor respect? Members of another tribe who insist the country be changed to something so different; so alien, that they can be perceived as nothing short of the enemy?
My blood boils as I type this, and I’m a reasonably reasonable guy. But while reasonable minds can disagree as to what constitutes good government, there can be no debate concerning good elections.
My gut tells me that should this coup prove ultimately successful and the “irregularities” be allowed to remain a mystery, this will not end well. How can it, if half the population believes it was irreconcilably wronged by the other half?
How ironic then that a party so baselessly obsessed with Trump’s supposed “collusion” with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to “manipulate” the 2016 election would stupidly employ the tactics of another Russian dictator to manipulate this one. Not by coercion of voters by propagandists, as Democrats fixated on in 2016, but rather of votes by vote counters.
Once upon a time, former Soviet Premiere Joseph Stalin revealed one of his dirty tricks, admitting that “The people who cast the votes don’t decide an election, the people who count the votes do.”
But potential imitators and antagonists alike would do well to remember that by that time, history’s greatest tyrant and most prolific mass-murderer had already managed another despot’s dirty trick.

Giuliani says there are now 623,000 confirmed unlawful ballots in PA and 320,000 confirmed unlawful ballots in MI.
They got into a panic because they thought they had made up the lead, but Trump was still ahead by 120,000 votes… Now I think that number will go up, when we began in PA, we only had about 130k, now we’re up to nearly 632k. The same pattern exists in NV, AZ, GA, WI.

The Democrats despise President Trump and his legion of loyal supporters. Now they’re threatening to destroy your life if you ever supported Trump.
It seems 2020 is the year the Communists in Washington, big-tech and mainstream media make their move against American patriots.
Jennifer Rubin is a Washington Post columnist who is threatening to blacklist any Republican “making baseless allegations of fraud.” She ends her Tweet with the ominous warning, “We have a list.”
Robert Reich, who worked with Democrats Obama and Clinton in the past, has said “When this nightmare is all over, we need a Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
It would erase Trump’s lies, comfort those who have been harmed by his hatefulness, and name every politician, executive, and media mogul whose greed and cowardice enabled this catastrophe.”
Chris Hayes, Left-wing talking head from MSNBC, agreed with the idea of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission and it should include people who don’t believe in wearing masks to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Self described Democratic Socialist Congresswoman Alexandria Acasio-Cortez is also in favor of keeping track of who supported Trump. She thinks his allies will soon be jumping ship and attempting to scrub any history of their support for the president.
Hari Sevugan was quick to reply in support of the idea. Savugan served as press secretary for the Democratic National Committee and was senior spokesman for Barack Obama’s presidential campaign.
He was excited to promote his new “Trump Accountability Project,” stating their goal was “to make sure anyone who took a paycheck to help Trump undermine America is held responsible for what they did.”
Evan McMullin is a former CIA officer who ran for president as an Independent in 2016. According to his Twitter page, he thinks “We should keep and publish a list of everyone who assists Trump’s frivolous and dangerous attacks on the election.
Name and shame forever.” Last, but certainly not least is raging Left-wing lunatic Keith Olberman, who thinks President Trump along with all of his supporters should be “removed from society.”
This is coming from the Democrats who have been calling Trump a fascist for four years. Let’s hope Trump can prove these allegations of voter fraud, get a proper recount in key states and win his reelection fair and square. Or else, the next MAGA rally might be at the Gulag.

Shaffer created a fire on Twitter yesterday when he questioned whether the President may have marked all the ballots in this year’s election which would indicate if a ballot counted was legitimate or not.

We know that the same people who were behind the Russia collusion scam were still around and to think that they were going to allow the President to freely win the 2020 election was foolish. Of course there would be a major effort to prevent President Trump from winning.
Certainly the President’s team prepared for this year’s election and would have considered possible voter fraud on a large scale due to the current environment in the US.

The courts will decide this election and the Constitution is on the side of the President. Any illegal votes should not be counted and when this is addressed the President will win the election.

The Constitution requires that all valid ballots be received and counted on the first Tuesday in November. Any efforts to drag the election out after this date are likely not legitimate.
Efforts by the Democrats to prevent oversight and transparency are likely due to corruption. Why has the Biden campaign not urged for transparency during this process? Where there is no transparency there is something being hidden.
How come Texas and Florida can be transparent and provide results on Election eve but other states could not and even stopped counting?
Historically Iowa and Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Ohio and Florida and Georgia vote very similarly. What happened this year to break this connection? Why were things changed late at night in some of these states?
If there is an ongoing investigation into any of this would the President comment on it or would it be more proper not to?

Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes (R) announced Friday that he will assist President Donald Trump’s campaign in its legal fight, calling the 2020 presidential election process “compromised.”
“Despite months of predictions about a ‘blue wave,’ @GOP kept the Senate & expanded seats in the House,” Reyes wrote on social media. “Biden & his allies know @POTUS will win if only verified, #legal votes are counted. We are making sure that happens but looks like courts may have to decide that. #RuleOfLaw.”
He added: “On personal leave, time to help prepare and support litigation in several states dealing with the compromised election process.”
Reyes did not specify which states he will work on. His announcement comes days after he defeated his Democrat opponent, Salt Lake defense attorney Greg Skordas, for re-election.

The Trump campaign has alleged voter fraud in the election, filing several lawsuits in key battleground states such as Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Nevada.
On Thursday, the Nevada Republican Party said its legal team sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice regarding alleged voter fraud in the state.
“Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud,” the Nevada GOP’s official account wrote on Twitter. “We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.”
The announcement came after the Trump campaign filed a federal lawsuit in Las Vegas in an effort to halt the counting of what it described was “illegal votes” in Nevada. The campaign alleges the deceased and nonresidents cast ballots in the state’s election.
Fox News reported: “The Trump campaign alleges there are “tens of thousands” of people who voted in Nevada who are no longer state residents. The campaign said it is not seeking to stop the vote but rather ensure that every “legal“ vote is counted and that no “illegal” votes are counted.”
“We are confident that when all legal votes are tallied — and only legal votes are tallied — President Trump will win the state of Nevada,” Former Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell said in a statement to Fox News.
The Justice Department is reportedly looking into allegations of voter fraud raised by the Trump campaign.

(Ryan Saavedra) On Saturday night, Fox News correspondent John Roberts highlighted numerous new legal actions that President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign is taking as it seeks to continue its fight for a second term in the White House.
The report, which Roberts delivered on television, comes as many news organizations declared Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden the winner of the presidential election, even though some states have not been called and the campaign is challenging other results in the courts.
“The legal action is flying fast and furious,” Roberts told Fox News host Shannon Bream. “You mentioned Arizona, specifically Maricopa County, the Trump campaign has filed a lawsuit alleging that many in-person votes were rejected because people who came in to vote had accidentally overvoted, that is voted accidentally for two people for the same office.”
Roberts said that the lawsuit alleges that those ballots were “rejected as opposed to being allowed to correct their ballots.”
“In just the last hour, in Nevada, an election worker, whose job was to process mail-in ballots, says he witnessed irregularities in counting those ballots and was told by a supervisor, whom he names, to put through ballots he believed needed signature verification without that verification first being done,” Roberts continued. “He says he was also told to ignore discrepancies with addresses. That worker has sworn out an affidavit which has been sent to the Department of Justice here in Washington.”
Roberts then read off the following statement from the campaign:
The affidavit makes clear that we’re not dealing with oversights or sloppiness, this was intentional criminal conduct.
“On top of that, the campaign is going to be filing new lawsuits in Pennsylvania on Monday. Rudy Giuliani says that he believes that there are 135,000 votes in Pennsylvania County and about 300 and some odd thousand votes in Allegheny County that were put through without being inspected first,” Roberts continued. “And then there’s another new lawsuit that is going to be coming in Nevada probably Monday morning as well, which is separate from the affidavit from this election worker.”
“The president believes, he’s also being encouraged by his family, that he owes it to the 71 million people who voted for him to make sure that every legal vote has been counted and to make sure to the best of his ability that every illegal vote that might have made it through was not counted,” Roberts continued. “Now, everybody’s wondering what might happen with the president eventually. I’m told that when he goes through this legal process, and there’s also recounts involved as well … and comes out the other end, if there is no path to a second term, then the president will graciously concede and he will cooperate in an orderly transition of power.”

Stillness General Comment on Fulford Reports
I decided to add this general comment to all Fulford reports since I frequently receive the same questions about them.
Commentary:
In response to many questions and comments I receive from people wondering why I share these reports, I offer the following.
Speaking as someone who has been following Fulford’s reports since 2011, reading them should probably be done with a large grain of salt. That is to say, he seems to share information directly from alleged sources within the Pentagon, CIA, White Dragon Society, and so on. Often the data presented is contradictory on the surface.
The predictions and statements Fulford makes sometimes are highly accurate, whereas, in other instances, they are completely unfounded. Instead of looking to Fulford as one who is “tapped into” some greater truth, it would probably be more productive to consider his data as one possible perspective on what is happening on Earth at this time.
This of course extends to all sources of information. Fulford, like all of us, is only human, and can make mistakes. But that doesn’t detract from the work he has done to spread awareness and move things forward to a brighter future for humanity.
Discernment is the process of understanding what something is, which in Fulford’s case, means entertaining his reports without believing them blindly, and then doing the follow-up research/fact-checking to determine what actually happened. In this way, it is a real-time discernment exercise.
The fact that so many people continue to read his reports despite their sensational and wildly inaccurate nature at times—while also being accurate and poignant—means the people he receives information from are probably using him as a mouthpiece to speak to you—the reader who is on their awakening path. As such, blind belief or callous rejection are not our allies but critical thinking and open-mindedness are.
As I have said before, if he is serving as a mouthpiece for various groups working to change the status quo or agents within the Cabal, we can decipher the data as if it is a form of awakening propaganda—information that certain players want to expose the masses to. What effect this has on your personal process is largely up to you. But I would suggest taking an active role in discernment and not falling into the trap of total acceptance or rejection.
