Just read your article quite disturbing.Im no expert but it sounds as though you have opened up too quickly without any thought to the physical mind /body.aspect.I feel you have had quite a bit of trauma in your life that has not been dealt with.Ask to be guided to a teacher that can help you work through these issues .Human touch comes to mind rebirthing.Will put you on my list of healing to be sent your way .Remember you and only you are in control of your actions .In the mean time let these entities no they are no longer welcome until are ready to receive information in short the door is closed.Blessings
