  Hey,

  It's Suzanne and brother,I understand being thrown into a mental facilty because family not wanting to understand your ways.Made the trips several times,but you know what.Each time I was put in,they didn't know it only solidified me more to be how I am. I am praying for you but,not towards other but drectly to You.You do not have any"physical" pains in your back..so,never mention again what the restraints have done..for you are still keeping the restraints with you ,even as,if you think of it.And yes,in your thoughts you still think it's hurting and you"think"you still "feel " it,but,please,keep saying go somewhere to it when it rears up..eventually,you'll listen and move it.I know this because I have paralysis (transient),and I told myself"YOU have the power of the Almighty.He,thru You, can make yourself move,walk."Don't care what you sound, look or act like,for heck..you are you.That is why they love you ,but crappy at expressing it to you...

  Get to know YOU...Ask you,what you want you want to do?Like how different You think from others,and how You is going to adjust to the  new You....this is for You,and not so you can "be,seem normal to fam n others".Understand me?This will take as much time as it takes, understand?

  I am a friend, feel me when I say, if you need to talk,when a "mental"is occurring you may talk with me,a fellow "mental"...LOL

  And if anything,IIfound out to watch a comedy that makes you Laugh Out Loud,seems to interrupt thoughts,the laughter does.
