Im an American, i just live in Japan, im not Japanese.
I wish my Japanese was better though.
Im from Irish and German heritage
I can definatley see how someone would go crazy living here.
The food is intense!
Im going to keep traveling and living in different parts of the world for most of my life. I started by touring Ireland when i was 17, and 10 years later im here in Japan, but ive toured much of South East Asia, all the way down to Australia.
Im in love with culture and people.
Im interested in what your about, your extremely interesting!
And you live in Ibiza, one of the places I would love to visit, or even live.
Im very grateful for becomming your friend!
*sigh* but im an espresso snob...
P.S.-
Thai Green Curry:
-50g thai green chilli paste
-about 10 kaffir lime leaves
-200ml or a can of coconut milk
-some chicken or shrimp
-a couple splashes of fish sauce to taste
-some eggplant (asian kind)
-some green peppers
-and about half an onion
Ok, so you throw a little bit of oil in a medium size pot, i like sesame oil.
after it heats up, put in the green chilli paste..its gonna make you cough.hehe
then put in the meat, if you using meat, you dont even have too.
mix that a bit till it cooks about half way, then add the coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, and vegetables, bring to a boil then simmer it till its cooked, at the end add some splashes of fish sauce..its the secret ingredient in all Thai food. add large amounts of love. serve over a good bowl of rice...dont eat the lime leaves...they were just for flavor. sorry leaves...but thank you.
Love you groovy sis.
Namaste
