Great post Kelly, I enjoyed the explanations on the video.
For awhile now, I have had this feeling to watch my skin. This is been going on for years. Since we all move in time and as we go through it. I noticed that the moles or little marks appear and vanish over time, some stay. It may sound weird but I was looking up at the stars and thought of our skin as a sky of sorts. The moles or little marks as Stars, or clusters of inner planetary systems showing on our skin as we travel though time and space. I wondered as a kid why some people have a massive freckle face, and now I smile, because it reminds me of a massive star cluster and their face is displaying it.

Beautiful isn't it? Been feeling really blessed to be alive lately... moreso than usual. Giving you big giant hugs and much love, it's been a long long time but everything is going to be in balance soon :)
I just found she also has a youtube channel and does interviews, while I was looking for this -neato :) There is one with Nassim Haramein, checking it out now. Here is one of her theta meditations, I love her smooth voice.
