need help with detox plan before raw food diet

i was just wondering if anyone who has detoxed and cleansed before, would help me with what plan to choose the best, most effective plan

i was about to start a 10 day master cleanse detox, but it seems like everyone has a different idea of what to actually do.

i am really looking for any kind of all natural detox, and for however long ( maybe 2 weeks or month? )

then i want to start a raw food diet

I have used Isagenix cleanse several times. It is the most effective I have used and others remark the same. You don't have to worry about running to the toilet or being uncomfortable. I tend to hypoglycemia and this was the best- my blood sugar remained stable and my mind clear. You have to go online to order it, but I feel it is worth it. I put mine in an empty water bottle (it needs mixing) and sipped on it all day long. I lost 12 lbs in one month and had more energy. Good luck.
