 BEFORE WE START ITS BASIC COMMON SENSE THAT ANY PLANET SHOULD NOT BE OVERPOPULATED...THE VEDIC PHYSOLOPHY STATES EVERYTHING SHOULD BE IN MODERATION...NOT TOO MUCH NOR NOT TOO LITTLE AND THIS APPLIES TO POPULATION...KEEPING IT UNDER CONTROL AND IN BALANCE...I have stated before one boy and one girl for each couple will keep population in order.
