I heard about this combination. Marijuana shrinks cancer cells, and Monsanto is fighting its use since the bastards can't patent it, and it grows anywhere (even in Alaska snow). Coconut oil is also an excellent fat burner. Also note that tumeric root and selenium are also great ways to avoid a $30,000 cancer bill, in addition to cannabis and coconut oil.
