I would like to clarify that when I mention earth surface nations, such as Russia or America I'm not trying to place one above the other, or shaming one, while praising the other....That is not my purpose...My purpose appreciates and suppports the goal of achieving the truly ONE HUMANITY, in the outer, as present already in the inner....A perfect mirror is the final goal, as above so below...
However, my knowledge of the seven rays, which is part of my ongoing training by the Mahachohan, enables me, as a serving "White Magician," to utilise the rays in much the same way that astrologers do...Predicting what alignments make for optimum opportunities...We may complete this task, with the rays of nations, too....
Russia is evolving, in much the same way as a human being and usefully possesses rays which comprise energies that are in alignment with a growing cosmic pulse, from the constellation of Aquarius....
This means that as Russia grows in soul realisation, as per the esoteric truism that all nations possess a soul....(even Hitler knew this.) Then Russia will become a greater and greater magnet for planetary evolution impulses from cosmos, through it's own solar resonance with the SEVENTH RAY OF MAGIC, ORDER, ORGANISATION & RITUAL, which is the Aquarian ray.....as above, so below.
Thus we see Russia take her rightful place of responsibility upon the global stage, as advocate for the true spiritual challenges of uniting east and west, as opposed to those artificial concepts of change, imposed upon humanity by the little wills of egotistical men, such as those of the Black Lodge, who attempt to maintain a material paradign at odds (necessarily) with planetary advancement.....Evolution does require the dark and material challenges, and the old reactionary orders we see in modern crony capitalism and the financial order based on an increasingly obsolete dollar reserve currency, are fulfilling that dark role, which Russia has been assigned to oppose, on behalf of the light of AQUARIUS...
The Mahachohan deems this to be the course for history to take, in these present times...Thus you will indeed witness a re-emergent Russia on the world stage...

One of my winter uniforms bears a single rank insignia badge, of the described USAF format for Col. on my left arm....Being an eagle design, in silver, it has to be facing right, rather than left....This is an heraldic tradition, which is also one of magic...That a displayed "beast" should look to the right, and not to the left, or to "sinister."
The observer will see an eagle rank badge, looking to the left, but the heraldic and magical insignia tradition, uses the perspectives of the displayed "beast." So it must look to droit, or the right, or the right hand path, the path of the LIGHT....From it's perspective.....
The opposite of the right hand path, is of course, the left...The sinister...gauche...
This is viewed as "illegitimate," in heraldic terms...The weaker and darker direction for choices...The left hand path in magic...So to have a symbolic "beast" gazing in the direction of left, suggests the choice of taking the dark path, rather than the lighted path, to the right...
Other ranks, such as Brigadier; one-star, Major General; two-stars, of the Crew ranking system, do not have to make such a choice, as their pentagramic insignia (star/s) are symmetrical....
Hope this makes sense......Heraldry is an absolutely fascinating topic and one I always take seriously...Probably because of my 7th ray aspects......;-)

Also, it is within the Russian Federation, where the currently highest ranking international GFL Ground Crew officer, operates...He was promoted from Brigadier to Major General, a few Months ago...So although Russian, wears the USAF twin silver stars ranking insignia badge, on his camouflaged combat suit, when on GFL assignment...I shall not name him here, but simply use his abbreviation of Major General N......
To reiterate the salient point, that his officer's commission is to the GFL, even if he might have other duties, pertaining to Russia....General N is engaged in Earth Alliance programs and operations and is a Plejaren starseed, of a science clan origin, with originating homeworld of Luseta...
Promotion through the GFL Ground Crew ranks, is based upon service, desire for promotion, skills competence and merit..There is a total equality of the sexes..Equality of opportunity, dependent upon merit...No box ticking feminism is allowed, or encouraged, in order for teams to meet "diversity quotas."
In much the same way as the GFL, across the various worlds...And fluid group dynamics plays a more central role....A suitable person may be a woman, or a man, for a particular GFL mission..
So no woke policies in the GFL Ground Crew, only common sense policies, free of ideological game playing...Box ticking is strictly off the schedule....
Moreover, a member's light quotient, knowledge, telepathy skills, fitness health, courage and intelligence, are better markers with which to select someone for a particular mission, rather than their gender, race, or some such frivolity, based upon a peripheral evaluation...So we judge the inner, not the outer.

Therefore, it should be obvious that GFL Ground Crew, internationally, use the agreed US military ranking system, as used for the USAF.....There are historical reasons for this, but essentially, the US system carries weight that other insignia do not, so was adopted...
The Sirian star nation has an alternative ranking system, which I have described on previous occasions and it bears no resemblance whatsover, to the Earth militaries and specifically, the US military....For want of a better ranking system, we choose the USAF as a good format standard for international Ground Crews, who may comprise Plejaren, Sirian, Andromedan and Lyran star seed telepaths, trained...
So a GFL Ground Crew member may, or may not be an Atar, or Spiritual Warrior, of one or other star nation....And in practice, a member, originating from any of the clans...As any of these primory star nations....For reasons of natural resonance, we have found better telepathy between star seeds who originate from humanoid species, as opposed to others, such as Arcturians and Tau Cetians....
So when in field uniform I wear the USAF Colonel rank badge....Not the British Army rank badge for Colonel, which is worn on epaulettes and displays a crown and two pips......
However I do not wear any US military dress uniform, at all, as not a serving officer in any of their armed services...
In many ways I much prefer the use of USAF/US Army rank insignia, for Colonel, which is a silver eagle, reminding me of the Atar bird, of Sirius B3 and similar to an Earth golden eagle, but much larger...
The GFL Ground Crew ranking system, is international in scope, applying to all members, whatever nations they may live in, but specifically has chosen the US Air Force ranking insignia, with which to identify officers in service to GFL programs and operations...
The USAF was originally linked with the US Army, as a combined service, explaining largely why the rank insignia is roughly equivalent across the two forces...
The field uniforms of GFL Ground Crew will be sourced from their own nations and can therefore vary, BUT the rank insignia is universally agreed, at international level and is based upon the USAF insignia..And many of these rank badges are duplicated in the US Army, as well...
The US military are currently the most spread across the planet and some could suggest overstretched...Thus, familiarity in the system is ubiquitous and so the best choice for the GFL Ground Crew officers, to use...
By definition, all Ground Crew personnel are commissioned by the GFL and so there are no NCO ranks listed...

Another point that confuses many, is the difference between the navy rank of Commander, vs the title of commander, designated to an officer, in command of a base, installation, or sector....
Normally a base commander carries the rank of Colonel, as with a sector command...So possesses the responsiblities that pertain to a Colonelcy....
On a naval vessel, the equivalent rank is not Commander, but rather Captain...
The Captain of a ship......The Commander being a junior rank and corresponding with a Lieutenant Colonel, in parallel services, such as airforce or army...
If a Captain is killed in battle, the Commander may take over the ship's command, but that is until said ship's return to port...But here we speak of ranks and not titles, as with a Base Commander, or Sector Commander, which is usually placed at the rank of Colonel...
