According to Bashar..THE SHALANAYA " THOSE WHO COME FIRST" to have open peaceful and public contact with us in-person are the ETs, of the YAHYEL Civilzation. He says they have made visual contact with us in what is known as the PHOENIX LIGHTS UFO Sightings..below are beautiful VIDEO'S telling us more about them.

    There are a few answers we need:
    1 Which Planet are they from and what language do they speak?
    2 Their Planet must be a Member of the Galactic Federation of Light and their fleet we call the Phoenix Lights must be part of the Galactic Federation of Light as it is logical since the Galactic Federation of Light are surrounding the Planet Earth...they will not let any intruders in and that is a fact.
    3 How advanced are they compared to us?
    4 WHY SHELDAN NIDLE[ contactee on Planet Earth for the Galactic Federation of Light] FROM PAO DID NOT MENTION THAT THEY WOULD BE THE FIRST CIVILZATION TO CONTACT US???
    5 When is their time of arrival and where...their spacecrafts may land anywhere but they might choose an airport... Bashar can you tell us more??? We are all excited..
