Recently I came across this information channeling from the Over Soul I am apart of. I find this info to be very useful in the path of spiritual advancement, so I decided to share this with all that I can because I understand all incarnations and beings exist for the advancement in spiritual knowledge. So these suggestions can help all beings no matter the path they have chosen(Light & Dark)!
Individuality
Understand that you are one of a kind. You are unique. There is no being in creation like you. You cannot be like another being but yourself. You can only be who you are, and there is no other you but you. There will never be another being like you ever, ever, ever. You who you are now was not the person who existed 5 years ago, and you are not the person will exist 5 years from now. Every moment you change. Your are timeless. You are eternal. Within every single new moment you are born again. Anything you experience is a completely new experience, there is no other being having that experience that you are having, but you. This moment now.. as you read... is a completely new experience in creation that you are co creating. Have you realized this? There is no other you reading this, but you. Everything you do, everything you have done, and everything you will ever do is a new moment and experience in creation. This is your individuality, own it! Don't be like Jesus, or a Buddha or Krishna or any Ascended Master because the only way to be like them is to be yourself, you have to be who you where born to be, then and only then are you like them. Then you will have become a individual like them. Then you will be at your full potential by being your individual... Unique... One of a kind self.
Moderation
It would be wise to live in moderation of all things, spiritual, physical, and astral. Excess is what destroys. To much will always be to much. It would be wise to move in the middle path. Moderation is that which allows to exist. With moderation there is enjoyment. With excess there is only pleasure. Pleasure will always lead to pain. Moderation brings enjoyment and clarity. Pleasure soon brings addictions and neurotic behaviors. Moderation= not to much and not to little but just enough. With moderation one will always have abundance because you are not living in excess of things, and you know, you know what excess does. Live moderately and you will not lose.
Contentment
Living in contentment can be a very useful tool as I have found. Being content for me means you have reached a certain level of awareness where you are not overwhelmed emotionally by the things which you have or do not have. You are not overwhelmed by the experiences you are having are have not had. It is the understanding that everything is, as it should be. It is the understanding that all you experience has a purpose in creation. It is the acceptance of the position one is in. This does not mean to be passive, but to be able to see in the true nature of our experience without being emotionally subjective.
Creation
We create. This is our true nature. We are all creators. We live with and within co creation. Every moment experienced is your creation. Every being that exist in what we call the universe is a co creator as well. Its your perception of your reality that gives you the experience you are having. Change your perception and you have changed your realities. We are always creating and we will always create. It is time that we start creating and changing our realities consciously with awareness. Remember every moment in creation is a new moment, and the moment is created by you and your perception. Own this concept and understanding, and you will be a conscious co creator, you will remember every moment in creation is a moment created by you. Thus you will become your own God-Head. You will become the higher self to your self.
