Yes, it's a government psyops process, in which they attempt to glean control over the population, by engineering fearful dependency on their official institutions, by the public....Government always seeks ways of making itself appear more important than it actually is, in the lives of the people.......LIke the USA and UK, the current government of Canada is dark...and needs to be reformed...
Ostensibly a systems test...but actually, another way to make people fearful and dependent on "authority figures."
true ... but usually reformation is painful and not very 'desirable' ... and so goes 'avoid as long as possible' ... ;))
Thanks Drekx ... ;))
... i have only seen fennel clouds maybe 3 times, but never touched down ... ;)) Ontario was not 'major tornado province' ... but ... from 1880 to recent time it did increased substantially ... in all honesty it's not the emergency alert is 'spooky' is the message, i've listened to some and it's nothing like that ... anyway thank Kel .... ;))
i never have nor ever exhibit any fear about it ... but i rather be caution then ignorant ... ;))
Hahahahaah! Wowzy maowzy...wow..its like taken straight out of a Sci-Fi movie..
it was ... like deja vu moment for a second or two ... ;))
Seems like a test.
Too bad for those who don't have a smart-TV though. There's no "exit" to press, hence they can't get rid of the message. ;)
... lol ... AO .... ;) i thought about that too ... and apparently not every major stations test this message, if i am correct only Rogers broadcast it, not Bell Canada - maybe there is a conflict of 'interest' ... ;))
Lol, more like a "conflict of compatibility", which sort of makes me doubt this entire messages credibility, since it'd be more or less illegal for a station to even send out such a transmission in the first place. They'd be immediately sorted and sanctioned under the "spam laws". :)
