Shifting Now Meditation

To Begin TODAY, for the next SEVEN days, at least 15 minutes per day

Greetings! This is your brother, Sananda. I have often heard a saying on your world of -- "The shift is about to hit the fan" -- and so it is. Rejoice, dear ones, for you have reached a pivotal moment in the ascension processes, and this shift comes, of course, with your upcoming Solstice energies. I believe Ashtar will address this further next week.
But for your next meditation, I have been asked to set the stage, as it were, and deliver to you a meditation that will ready the Earth and all her inhabitants for the download of Divine Energies you will be receiving. So you are being asked to strengthen your Divine Trinity…Humanity, the Earth/Gaia, and your sun…to prepare for this.
Before your meditation, please do your Protocol: Ground, Center, and Intend your energies/prayers to join those of Sananda's Eagles.
Connect to the Source/God Grid *, allowing the energies of excitement, love and great joy fill your being.
* The Source/God Grid: It is a Grid established by your conscious acknowledgment that `Something BIG' is coming. You can't quite describe it or put your finger on `what' that `something' is but you feel it throughout every cell of your Being. That `something', that Energy, that you feel to be coming is, my friends, quite simply `Creator' or `God', however you wish to express it. And so it is this Source Grid or God Grid to which you are connected, and it is your conscious connection to this grid that helps ease the integration of its Energies into the mass consciousness of Earth humanity.
With the God Grid wrapped tightly around you, you are to use the first five minutes of this meditation sending the Energy of Love to all of Humanity, the Human Grid.
For the next five minutes you are asked to send this same energy to your sun, your nurturer and sustainer of life on your planet, your Solar Grid.
You are to then turn your focus to the Earth, sending her not only Love but also the recognition of her life-giving support for all humanity.
Love. It is the Cause and the Sacred Purpose of your Being. And the time has come.
