So, for as long as I can remember, I've been able to see these kind of...'sparklies' in the space around me. I had disregarded it until recently, when the sparkles became far more intense around me. Just yesterday, I went outside and could see these sparkles in the space around my home and even going into my house. Most of them were white specks of light, but some were a dark gray as well, just as big as the white sparkles.
Does anyone know what this could be?
I would just like to know what these sparkles are and why I can see them.

Wow, all of these replies are very helpful. I will have to say though, I do agree that what I am seeing is some sort of life force. I can see it throughout the skies...but it's very hard for me to see it if I'm surrounded with manmade objects(i.e. being in a parking lot surrounded by apartment buildings), I have to really focus myself. Nonetheless, I see this force all the time. It's odd, really. I can look out into spaces and see these sparkles of...I want to say prisms dancing in a the grace of light. I feel it's energy because I, literally, see it everyday. It's not any one presence, it's everywhere around me. It's not every once in a while, it's all the time. Without trying, mostly. It dances about my house, it surrounds my children and nurtures them in their sleep. We're walking about in its greatness, and many of us don't even know it. We're breathing it, it's getting in our clothes and our hair. This new energy is something magnificent and I've been basking in it's presence ever since I've come to terms with myself simply having been too ignorant to notice it. I am repenting by spending time everyday with this energy, where I feel most in its presence.
So far, this energy has led me to nature and coming to terms with some true decisions(I'm usually very indecisive, even about things I want to do) about project I want to begin, teaching my kids what I'm learning, and so many other things.
And as another post had pointed out, I have witnessed my children acknowledging this energy. Be it outside or inside. I've seen them call to it, my son even says 'Hello'. My daughter runs around with them, she likes to chase them and she likes to be chased. It's funny, although I have a deeper feeling that they are seeing more than just the life force. Anyway, thanks so much for the posts~

I have seen orbs many times, but in the last year I see about 20+ a day! I love their energy and I know they love mine. I have a circle of crystals and one "Big-un" 25lb quartz and they love to dance around my living room above it haha! My gf and I actually decided to keep our Christmas tree up for a long time haha and they seem to love to dance around it every night. Also the other night when I was reading one of the posts on here an orb came by me and ran right down the center of my screen urging me to look down the page to the post that was most relevant haha! I love being able to see them and they come in all shapes, sizes and colours! Once I even saw a little man inside one, from my understanding they are little Merkaba's that they use to travel around in... simply wonderful! Enjoy the show :D
i think those are angels.....very cool....each archangel has a color....they say if you see rapheal there will be some emerald green, maybe blue is Micheal or Gabriel?
I've seen them as well and they are beautiful...the sparkles....I was talking with a roommate and she sees them as well. I think that they can be any number of things from thoughts forming to angels to pure energy.....you can see them cause your third eye is open, and you are clairvoyant......

I have been seeing this life force since I was a child as well. Not that I was afraid, I guess I was just wondering if what I was seeing was real...then I was wondering what it could be.
I found it very relaxing though. I can sense it and see it everyday casually, and each time I do, I feel a joyful feeling and completely at ease.
Honestly, I was wondering if I was watching faeries. Heh.
