Pranic Healing Meditation Technique

Ok, here is a Pranic Healing meditation technique from Master Choa Kok Sui. The idea is to heal or manifest something in your life. Here it goes.Step 1Invoke the Supreme Being asking for healing in an aspect of your life (health, relationships, etc...) or asking for something you want to reach or manifest, IN COMPLETE ARMONY WITH THE UNIVERSE.Step 2Sintonize with the Heart Chakra putting your right hand (left hand if you are left-handed) in the center of your chest, and visualize pink light going out from your chakra until you feel love.Step 3Sintonize with the Crown Chakra puttin the same hand over your head, and visualize violet light going out from your chakra until you feel the sintonization.Step 4Repeat step 2 one more time, until you feel love.Step 5Smile and fill yourself with love to open and maximize the energy flow.Step 6Create 4 images in your mind, from the current state of the situation until the desired state, with the intention to heal, to reach or to manifest something.Step 7Associate words that describe the process of healing or advance in the desired situation, from image 1 to 4.Step 8Give thanks to the Supreme Being and ask him that everything occurs IN COMPLETE ARMONY WITH THE UNIVERSE.Ok, that's it.
