Once you turn healthy, of course.
I'm no expert in food and nutrition, but I have noticed something quite remarkable in my dietary change. A few years ago I ate an assortment of foods, most of which being "junk" whenever I could get my hands on it. Chips, cake, takeaway, soda etc. My diet gradually changed as I grew up, where I'm now at the point that I can't so much as look at junk food without being disgusted. I only eat wholesome meals, pasta, rice, white meat, grains, breads, milk, fruits and vegetables.
After eating junk food like a piece of cake I just stupidly consumed not an hour ago, I immediately feel sick to the stomach. My system rejects anything too sweet and full of preservatives and all artificial nasties. Most people will tell me it's part of ascension but I disagree. My dietary change was a conscious decision of wanting to lead a healthier lifestyle. I just find it amazing how I was able to consume the amount of junk I was before. I was watching an episode of "The Biggest Loser" out of sheer boredom, where the trainers had to live with the contestants for a week and eat as they did. The trainers instantly felt the effects of the food after the first day, headaches, low energy, lethargic, etc.
Has anyone else noticed similar things when changing their diets?

I should really try fruits and veggies, the taste is changing.
I think it's a part of our transformation that includes taking care of our bodies and minds.... I think we are also getting more and more sensitive to things mentally and physically...
It's all a part of what we are becoming.
I share the same experience. Whenever i eat anything too acidic whether it be to much ice cream or to much chicken or to many doritos or even if its just a few i can feel the subtle energies around my stomach move into a state of dis-ease; however severe the disturbance is depends on how hard i had to make my body work to digest. If we spend more energy digesting food how can we have clear thinking? Let alone break free of the old paradigm so i feel it is pertinent that each soul on a spiritual journey on the upward spiral of conciousness to also observe there dietary habits as well.
If it feels good ; i say do it!
If it makes you tired and drained why consume it in the first place?
Stop and think "will this bring me uplifment, now?" "does this serve me and my present evolution, now?"
Fare thee well, Your friend Ryan.
