This notice is in response to the blatant disregard for the inalienable God-given sovereignty of We The People of this planet, exhibited by a group of people who have parasitically subjugated, deceived and exploited the people of this planet for their own selfish gain. Please consider this notice as a lawful service of process in the interest of bringing you to justice for your crimes. For your own base purposes you have chosen to hide in the shadows, acting primarily through agents.You comprise the membership of, but are not limited to, The Illuminati, The Committee Of Three Hundred, the Bilderberg Group and a handful of other similarly concocted organizations. Hereafter in this document you shall be referred to as The Cowards That Be.
A comprehensive analysis of the global events and trends of the last 200+ years indicates a clear pattern of you, The Cowards That Be, a relatively small inbred group of people, insinuating yourselves into positions of powers by infamous and deceitful means, then exploiting this power for your own profit in a manner that can only be described as monstrous.
Your crimes include, but are not limited to the following:
- The genocidal colonization of North America, South America, Africa, Australia and much of Asia.
- The use of opium to prostrate the nation of China for profit.

- The creation of a debt based, fractional reserve global monetary/banking system, for the purpose of stealing honestly produced goods and services, and subverting legitimate government.
- The consistent and systematic suppression of energy and medical technologies that would lead to significant life quality advances for all people.
- The consistent and systematic suppression of all evidence of human contact with human relatives not native to this planet, for the purpose of monopolizing the technologies these visitors possess for your nefarious ends.
- The creation of a brutal post-World War II commercial empire based on the exploitation of third world resources and labor.
- The undeclared and inherently racist War On Third World Democracy to maintain control of your commercial empire, which has killed over 50,000,000 people since World War II.
- The systematic undermining of the rule of law globally.
- The control and suppression of the free flow of information for the purpose of hiding your crimes.
There no words strong enough to adequately describe your vile, sociopathic actions. Anyone and everyone associated with the willful commission of these crimes is hereby declared outlaw.
You, the Cowards That Be, have caused harm, injury and loss to all of the people of this planet, and it is now time for you to face justice.
Be advised that you have until August 31, 12:00 midnight, Greenwich Mean Time, to complete the following:
- Immediate cessation of all unlawful activity, to wit: your murdering, lying, racketeering, profiteering, extortion, warmongering, poisoning, genocide, rape, robbery, unlawful search, unlawful seizure, conspiring, collusion, kidnapping, ad nauseum
- Immediate cessation of all your unlawful armed conflicts
- Immediate disbanding of all your unlawful clandestine organizations
- Immediate surrender all of your ill-gotten gain
- Public announcement to the entire planet your crimes
- Surrender yourselves to the World Court for prosecution
Your cooperation will be a tremendous first step in the healing of this planet and the repayment of your astronomical karmic debt. It may also lead to leniency during your sentencing.
Subsequent to your arrest, a public, transparent truth and reparation commission will be set up to allow for the orderly restoration of the rule of law.

This post is the beginning of a process.
For the notice to have validity under common law, the notice would have to be properly served, and there would have to be evidence that the notice can speak for We The People.
In this unique case valid service can be constituted by widespread posting on the internet. The authority of voice will have to be derived from electronic signatures.
As for the teeth of this notice, remedy is always available if you are doing things right. Remote termination is available as well, but it cannot be done unlawfully without severe consequences. Additionally, the less we have mommy and daddy spaceman bailing us out, the quicker we will come through this.
As for the Oz analogy, consider this: if everyone turned off their TVs and devices for one week, the illusion of the The Cowards That Be's power would collapse. The subliminal and lately not so subliminal symbols you see on TV and in movies are not just there for show. They have the very specific purpose of altering your brain state for programming you to be in a constant state of fear. We are manifesting the "Evil Matrix" for them! We are hypnotized, and even those us who are struggling to regain our mental sovereignty are not fully aware of just how mesmerized we have been.
In The Wizard Of Oz, the wizard created the illusion of power by projecting himself onto a screen to make himself look bigger than he really was, and by scaring supplicants with pyrotechnics.
The Cowards That Be derive their power in a very similar fashion. I have heard it often said on websites like these that the goal of this group is to kill 5 billion human beings and enslave the rest. What if that was not the case? What if the state of fear that thoughtform provoked was the actual end in mind? It is certainly the reason for the fabrication for the "Cold War" and the "War On Terror". Limited conflict is a far more useful and controllable tool than a World War. War on a global scale is difficult to manage and can easily blow back in your face.

I will be taking steps to make this notice valid. It will require a tremendous amount of support though.

For security I cannot discuss specifics. What I can say is that the artifice that most of us are immersed in is very powerful and very fragile at the same time.
