I have been trying to astral travel but always failed with every attempt.
Does anyone know if there is some sort of way to summon a spirit to help with astral travel.
I remember last time a spirit did try to help me do it but I didn't know they were trying to help me.
back then I thought they were trying to poses me. I would like to know how do I summan this spirit
again so I can astral travel. This time I will welcome the spirit.

The real trick is not getting out of your body. You exit your body and travel in the astral every night when you sleep.
The real trick is bringing back the memories of your experience.
It helps if you ask your spirit guides to help you in remembering.
Hello Vladimir, if you want help from a "spirit", you can ask for help in a loving way and just trust that your request for help will be heard.
It is not a good practice "to summon a spirit to help" you. All beings are free to do whatever they wish to. When you "summon" a spirit to do something you want, you are actually enforcing your will onto this spirit, which is to say the least an unfriendly action and counter-productive.
If you want more practical tips to astral travel, there is a wealth of information available on the net.
