It hides in your body, in the way you tighten your jaw when someone gets too close, in the way you rush love, in the way you doubt good things the moment they arrive.

And every time you think “that was long ago”, the past giggles and says “no darling, I am still here, forI live in your cells”.

But here is the magic trick, you can time-travel without any portals, without crystals, without even leaving your couch, because when you turn toward a memory with kindness and forgiveness for yourself and others - instead of judgment - you literally change its vibration.

And the Divine Presence in you does not care about your vision boards - but definitely tunes in when you forgive, when you breathe instead of react, when you decide to make peace with a version of yourself you used to exile.

Because such alignments are louder than any affirmation you could ever shout at the mirror.

So today, do less, feel more, laugh at your seriousness, send love backward in time like it is the most normal thing in the world.
