What exactly do plants take up??

As part of my ascension one of the main things I do is eat a raw food diet. However I am going to India for 8-9 months and am concerned about eating raw food/ salads/fruits but I really want to because it helps me so much. The advice that the people

The Harvest - When are we going to get picked?

If we can just imagine we are the fruit on the tree that has ripened.  We are surrounded by some seeds that did not ripen, but remain dormant, or have not even germinated.

So we are ready, waiting to be picked.  We are ripe.
