    Laughing and smiling is a powerful way of sending good energy into this world - and within yourself :)  I do believe that is could be looked at as a form of Praying or Meditating :)

  • Justin89636 Thanks for this friend. Hopefully this works if you already have cancer. Not 100% sure I do like I said earlier, but this is a good video to check out none the less. My advice would be don't take 4 or 5 hour long walks in hot weather like I did lol.
