VANCOUVER, BC - In an ExopoliticsTV interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre from Kitchner, ON, Kevin Annett, field Secretary of the International Common Law Court of Justice <www.iclcj.com> disclosed that an August 15, 2014 takedown by trained Court Direct Action Units of a planned Satanic child sacrifice ritual in Montreal, QC resulted in the arrest of two Satanic Ninth Circle cult participants in the planned crime, as well as the exposure of participants Cargill Corporation executive Kerry Brick and Sinclair Oil, Ltd executive Stephen Holding, as well as an as yet unnamed Bishop of Montreal. The two children to be used at the Satanic sacrifice are apparently being held at McGill University. As of this writing ITCCS interrogations of the two Ninth Circle cult participants in an effort to uncover the location of the children held at McGill for sacrifice, as well as more details about Ninth Circle operations in Montreal and elsewhere.
Cargill, Incorporated, "is an American privately held, multinational corporation based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, a Minneapolis suburb. Founded in 1865, it is now the largest privately held corporation in the United States in terms of revenue. If it were a public company, it would rank, as of 2013, number 9 on the Fortune 500, behind Valero Energy and ahead of Ford Motor Company." In his interview, Kevin Annett indicated that there was some evidence to indicate that the corporate headquarters and environs of Cargill was a center of Satanic ritual sacrifice.
2014 ITCCS Plans
In the interview, Kevin Annett discussed plans for ITCCS operations in the remainder of 2014, including the USA, where ITCCS is now active in 30 states, and in Europe, where ITCCS will be expanding into Germany, as the Common Law Court in Brussels now copmmences its Inv estigatory Commission in Sept. 2014.
McGill University & CIA Supply Victims?
In a related development, a known U.S.-based journalist published an article based on the ITCCS expose questioning whether MaGill University and the CIA are supplying child victims to a Ninth Circle Statanic sacrifice cult.
The article reads,

However, the children being prepared for sacrifice were not yet there.
"This informant also claimed that the two children to be used at the midnight ritual were being held at a separate facility at McGill University, but she claimed not to know where. She said that the normal procedure was to deliver them in a drugged condition just before the ritual began, for security reasons."
It may not be as strange as it sounds. The Allen Memorial Institute there has a history of forced human experimentation and at one point, perhaps still, had a secret laboratory.
McGill University began these experiments with the CIA, working on captive human subjects, and exposing them to "electro shock, sleep deprivation, memory implantation, memory erasure, sensory modification, psychoactive drug experiments, and many more cruel practices."
