Below is the 2014 drawing of what I saw; I saw this same image days after my recent UFO visit above my apartment (on March 3) and also yesterday during some meditation and astral projection.
According to research, this image I am seeing may be related to either the Sirian or Andromedan alien race.
Here's a description of the Sirian alien race:
Sirians – The Blue Star People
Those who have Sirius as their planetary origin are very focused, very determined and set on whatever path they are on at a given time. It is very difficult to change the mind of one from Sirius, but once they have become convinced that a new “path” is more appropriate, they become totally focused on the new, and release the old quickly. Sirians have strong beliefs, ideals and personal integrity.
Those from Sirius make loyal, trustworthy friends, but expect the same in return. They become hurt and disillusioned when these expectations are not met. Sirians do not share the inner personal self with others easily, and may have difficulty sharing emotions and expressing feelings and needs. To be fully accepted and trusted as a close personal friend of a Sirian means that you have been carefully scrutinized. Sirians may have difficulty in relationships and friendships when they expect to be treated in a certain way, but do not share their expectations with the others involved. It is important to work with sharing expectations, ideals, communicating needs and desires to avoid being hurt and disillusioned. This often occurs as a result of lack of communication or lack of mutual understanding and clarity in relationships.
Those from Sirius tend to be future oriented, and do not enjoy focusing on the past. They may become defensive if forced to focus on the past by others. This is due to the fact that past pain and emotion is held within, denied and repressed rather than being dealt with at the time of occurrence. Due to this there may be large amounts of old emotion in need of being dealt with and released. Sirians do not enjoy confrontations or open expressions of anger but if forced into an argument will defend themselves and their beliefs fiercely. This is the importance of releasing old pain, forgiving self and others, and moving on.
Sirians have a very unique and strong sense of humor, which often is only seen when they are with those they trust and feel at ease with. Sirians may be considered dreamers by some. This is due to their active, vivid inner life. This can cause forgetfulness and a tendency to not notice trivial third dimensional things in the present. They may at times appear to be uninterested, or inattentive, but in actuality they are simply somewhere else. They may not realize that others are unaware of their inner activity. Although they appear very calm, quiet and reserved on the surface, there is much activity within. As children, Sirians may often be thought to have learning disorders or thought to have problems with their attention span.
This is due to the attraction of the inner world, which is often more interesting than that which is taught in Earth schools. They do best in learning when visual methods of teaching are used, and they are allowed hands on types of learning with freedom to move around and explore. These are children who benefit greatly from alternative schools, they are very intelligent but strong enough within to feel that if something does not interest them, they should not be required to learn about it.
Those from Sirius have a deep connection to the Earth and energies of nature. Many Sirians have had numerous lives as American Indians and maintain close ties and memories of these lives. They are very visual, both in their ability to see things which others do not, and in their manner of learning.

The Andromedans
This is a little bit shadier, but it looks like there is a rebel group here too, who followed the Sirians on their mission 
and who now embrace the Patriarchal Movement. This rebel group would possibly be the group Alex Collier was in contact with. Normally, the group called the ‘Andromedans’ are part of the Orion Empire and know that the Universe is Feminine. The reason I believe Collier’s group is a rebel group belonging to the Sirian Alliance is because they tell us that God is masculine. If they are Andromedans, they know better than that, but are playing the Patriarch game together with the Sirians. There is also a chance that the ‘Andromedans’ Alex was meeting could have been Sirians in disguise, showing themselves off as Andromedans. Therefore, I was a little reluctant to mention them here, but decided to do so with the above disclaimer.

I am speculating that what I am seeing may be Andromedan; I previously felt it may be "Lyran." I am also speculating that the "feline" alien race may be a possibility due to the large number of cats that like to congregate near my apartment (and no, I don't feed them. My chihuahuas would never forgive me).
Please enclose your comments; many of you here on Ashtar Command have known me for years and I am curious as to what it is I am seeing. And no, I have not been taking any good LSD or smoking any good marijuana during these incidents.
Finally, I also notice that this image appears whenever important people in power come to my hometown here in Austin, Texas (and not to sound narcissistic or anything, but I am wondering if the appearance of this entity is some sort of warning to me in some way. His highness Barry Soetoro (a.k.a. Barack Obama) was in town very recently for the over-hyped Austin South-By-Southwest Festival (or "SXSW"), and this festival took place right after my encounter with the UFO above my apartment). For those curious, SXSW is a music and arts fair that was once really good with local artists. At the current time, it is now very commercial and currently features some of the best corporate con artists and some of the most over-priced music (with "new" artists showing little to no talent), and is hyped on an international basis for the most gullible of audiences. And parking is hell, and expensive ($80.00 a spot downtown).

dear Malcolm,thankyou for shareing this great post with members of ACC,it brought a tear to my eyes when i read it,i have had many experiences over the years,and one evening during the night in the past 5-6 years,i felt a presence in my bedroom beside my bed,at the time i was unwell,and still have similar problems at the present time,as i rolled over to see who the presence in the room was,i saw 3 Blue-Skinned entities looking at me,they had a concerned look on there faces,there skin tone colour was the darker shade of Blue that is displayed in the image you have posted above with your post,i felt like they were related to me,or some sort of Kin,i looked at them eagerly to talk to them,when they disappeared,as i write this comment to you, i still can see them very clearly in my memory of that evening,thankyou once again for this excellent post,many blessings evonne.

Interesting comments..... ;-) Just a reminder though, that both Sirians and Andromedans have hair....All original cosmic humans were blue-skinned and from planet Deron of the Vega star system....Both Sirian (Sirius B) and Andromedan races have blue skinned and white skinned members....The white Andromedans tend to have a more swarthy appearance, and can be closely observed as of a "Latin" type, as with the Hellenes of Earth....They look a bit "Greek,." or "Spanish."
White Sirians are of the Lyran Nordic type...So appear as "Germans" "Anglo-Saxons," or "Skandanavians.."
Both are officially connected with the GFL...So some of that research was in error, as the source material was incorrect.....You may have seen a Vegan of the original prototype.....
Thanks Drekx. Please note that many sources claim Andromedans can have hair OR no hair. Psychic Bob Hickman in Virginia is one good source for this, and he claims that Andromedans are probably the most common extraterrestrials that humans are known to channel or experience per meditation. It's really a moot point; there is a variety of information with differing opinionss regarding extraterrestrial entities that one may visualize during meditation or astral projection.
There is a difference between people who receive telepathic information and contactees. When you receive a telepathic message or impression there is more room for personal interpretation and projection, but when you meet an ET you see what you see. This doesn't mean that telepathically received information is inaccurate, but it does require a stronger focus to get the core of the message.
I find the experiences of contactees interesting, they have the chance to communicate directly, read the body language of ETs and get a closer look at their craft and physical appearance.
Alex Collier claims he has been in contact with the Andromedans and he has actually met them. I can't tell if everything he shares is accurate, but I do believe there is some truth in it. Here are several quotes from his book "Defending Sacred Ground" from 1996:

At age 14, I went to bed on a normal August night. I woke up and found myself on a platform. There were two men standing over me, a short one and a very tall one. They were both very handsome. On a soul-level, I had absolute recognition of who they were. The tall one, Moraney, had light blue skin. Vasais, the shorter one, was much older, and his skin was whitish, having lost most of the blue pigmentation.
The Andromedans are a very very old race. Apparently, all of the human race comes from Lyrae. There is a lot of information about this. Billy Meier also talks about it. The human race did not originally exist in Lyrae - it came from some other galaxy but first began to evolve in our galaxy in the Lyran system. According to the Andromedans, there are over 135 billion human beings in the 8 galaxies closest to ours. Now, there are also other races out there. Some of these races have had a lot of conflicts with the human race, and that conflict continues. But, there are things that are happening that will hopefully alleviate that problem. It comes down to philosophies, more than anything else.
The Andromedans are a telepathic race. Moraney, over the last ten years, has learned to use his vocal chords. The reason that the newsletter here is called Letters From Andromeda, is because the first words that Moraney said to me when I went on board one time were "another letter". He was trying to convey the idea of "meeting", and had been trying to search for the word. The Andromedans care really deeply about what is going on, and a lot of it apparently has to do with who we are as souls, who we are genetically, and it also has to do with the future - a future in which we will probably be in other physical forms. We're talking about the future between now and 357 years from now.
The Andromedans from the Star System Zenetae
All right. I want to start off by reading some information given to me by Vasais. In short, who the Andromedans are is that they come from the region of the Andromeda galaxy and from a star system in that galaxy they call Zenetae. They are a telepathic race, although during the last 30 years I have tried to teach Moraney the English language. He has taught me how to "read" their telepathic communications, which are holographic. It's been an interesting situation. Now, when I write down what Moraney says, I write it down exactly as he says it.
They are a race with light-blue skin. They were on Earth some 62,000 years ago for a period of 62 years. My connection to them is that at that particular time, I was one of them that was here. I volunteered to come back here and be here for this process, raising third density up into fifth density. I've asked to see the "fine print" on my "contract", but they have yet to produce that.
