Today is Saturday, March 27th, 2010 and I'm here to receive Father God's message. And he saying:
It is hard to express what is unfolding in your reality without runninginto so many concepts and belief systems that people have, because
everyone has their version of the truth; their version of what life is
about, how life works, who God is, who Jesus was or Jeshua, and so on
and so on and so on. Many people don't formally ascribe to any set of
religious beliefs and yet there are others who are so fixed and certain
about the beliefs that they hold, whether they have investigated those
thoroughly, to understand the nature of their history and the truth
behind them or not.
Indeed
often those who hold most closely to a set of beliefs have not done
their homework. They’ve just taken what's been told to them and accept
it as being so. Your Bible is a good example. There are many people in
your world who take the Bible as being absolute truth and most of these
people have not investigated the history of this document; and I’m
speaking about the Bible here, but really the words that I'm using
could be taken to refer to any of the religious texts
that are used in the world. They are taken as being, dare I say it,
gospel, whereas really the hand of humanity has been at work in every
one of them.
None
of them reflect their original origins, whatever those origins may be,
and so let's talk a little further about the Bible. Many take, as I
said, the Bible as it comes forth as being the Word of God;
the truth of things. Whereas I am here to assure you that it is a long
way from that; and I can see now those on the list that receive this
who are ascribers to that belief that the Bible is an accurate
documenting of the Word of God deleting themselves from this list. But
really my task in this series of messages is to bring forth truth, and
some will understand this truth now and many will come to understand
that as the evidence comes forth about which I speak, that indeed the
rest that I have said is also truth.
And so let's spend a little more time on the Bible. Some of you are aware that the texts that make up the New Testament were selected at the Council of Nicaea in the fourth century and there are many, many texts that didn't make it into what you call the Bible, yet were written by early Christians.
Indeed the books that make up your New Testament or the primary
elements of your New Testament were not written by those whose names
they bear. They were written by individuals who came many years after,
at least 100 years after and so those that wrote those texts were not
the witnesses they claimed to be.
And
many of the texts that more closely reflected the experiences of those
who were present are not included in your Bible. They were weeded out
because they contained content that those who are fashioning the Bible
for their own purposes did not wish to bring forth because they
contained the mystical, the metaphysical, the truly powerful aspects of
what Jeshua was teaching, and even in that timeframe the Church was
about control over the people and they wished to fashion themselves as
being the doorway to God, whereas in truth what Jeshua taught was the
only temple that you need is the human body and such a notion was
completely at odds with what the so-called Fathers of the Church wanted
to see come forth. And many of these texts are now readily available in
your world, contained in such documents as the Gnostic Bible and other
documents. So this material has co me forth, but most people that
believe in the Bible have not considered that these documents might
exist or considered examining what they might contain.
And
if you examine such fixed beliefs, you will begin to realise that at
their basis there is great fear; fear that if this is not held to and
be held to be the truth, that the world will fall apart for that
individual and perhaps for everyone. This inflexibility has fear at its
base and so I suggest you contemplate this notion; and I mention this
because as I have previously said you will see in these coming times
the truths that underlie much that has happened come forth and if you
are holding fixedly to these uninformed, you could say, beliefs then
you will find this coming time very difficult. And so I'm opening a
doorway for those who hold these very fixed beliefs, if you are willing
to contemplate that doorway.
I
am not saying that there is not great value in the book that you call
your Bible. There is great value and it has provided great value to
many. But it is not the Word of God, as many would take it to be. Far
from it. Far from it. And so I encourage you to begin to examine your
beliefs, not just your beliefs about the Bible but beliefs in general.
What is it you take to be true and why do you take it to be true?
On what basis have you decided that it is true?
Because
I assure you almost everything that you take to be true in your life is
not, and as you start to consider that question: what is true? What are
my beliefs and how did I acquire those beliefs? Only then will you
begin to open up to how life has been created for you, not by you but
for you.
And
you, my dear friends are all extraordinary creators, but you have been
persuaded that you are not; and I am here to awaken you to the truth of
who and what you are. You are all wonderful creators and in order to
reawaken those abilities, you need to begin to pick apart the beliefs
that you hold to be so true about yourself and life and the world.
And so it is.
