The things he demonstrate is nothing unusual.
To put hands in a bucket with phase and neutral wont give a shock if not one touch ground at 0 ohm.
To touch a 11000 volt wire is nothing specially if one not is grounded.
Thats why birds is unmoved when sitting on the wire, but if the wings of an eagel touches two of the parallell wires - the eagle is cooked.
To lead current with the tounge is nothing strange as the tounge leads current well because of low resistance , and do we know the Power and voltage on the lamp?
A led is about 3 watts , and is not dangerous at 12 volt , and nothing to burn a tounge for - the soup is more dangerous
This boy does have a gift to withstand shock and would make a super shock proof Electrician.
Tesla would like him very much and they would be good friends
The voltage is irrelevant. It's the amperage that does the killing when it comes to electrical current.
A taser have 160 thousand volts but less than a few milliamps for instance.
Test a taser on him and see if he still claim to be resistant to electricity. My guess is that he'll drop like everyone else. ;)
Also note that no new such cases emerge in countries where the education levels are high. In India though, a scam like this can probably still easily be sold, at least outside of the large cities.
